Abstract
ABSTRAK Marhum, Rosnawaty. 2012 Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Peserta Jamkesda Terhadap Pelayanan Resep Obat di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Boul Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien jamkesda terhadap pelayan resep obat di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buol Sulawesi Tengah. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner pada 34 orang responden yaitu pasien rawat inap peserta jamkesda di Rumah Sakit Umum Buol. Data dianalisa secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melihat indikator persentase pencapaian skor dari jawaban responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada dimensi bukti fisik 44.11 % responden tidak puas dengan pelayanan resep obat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buol. 44.11 % responden tidak puas, cukup puas 44.11 % terhadap dimensi kehandalan, 55.88 % responden tidak puas terhadap dimensi daya tanggap, 58.82 % responden tidak puas terhadap dimensi jaminan, 41.17 % responden tidak puas terhadap dimensi empati pelayanan resep obat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buol. This study is an observational study with quantitative descriptive method to determine Satisfaction Jamkesda Participant Patient Toward Prescription Service in Installation of Hospitalitazion at Buol Regency Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. Instruments of research using questionnaires in 34 respondents patients of jamkesda at Buol Regency Hospital. Quantitative date were by looking at indicators achievement percentage scores of respondents answers. The results showed that in tangibles dimension, 44.11 % of respondents are not satisfaction with the toward prescription at Buol Regency Hospital. 44.11 % of respondents are not satisfaction, 44.11 % of respondents are sufficient satisfaction with the reliability dimention, 55.88 % of respondents are not satisfaction with dimentions of responsiveness, 58.82 % of respondents are not satisfaction with the assurance dimension, and 41.17 % of respondents are not satisfaction with the dimensions of empathy for prescription service at Buol Regency Hospital.
