Abstract
ABSTRAK Abdulrahman, Hartati. 2011. Uji Aktivitas Antibakteri Infus Daun Nanas (Ananas Comucus.L.Mer) terhadap Bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Skripsi, Program Sarjana Farmasi, Jurusan Farmasi, Fakultas Ilmu-Ilmu Kesehatan Dan Keolahragaan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri Infus Daun Nanas (Ananas Comucus.L.Mer) terhadap Bakteri Staphylococcus aureus.). Pengujian menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah konsentrasi infuse daun nanas yang meliputi 10 %, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, dan 80% sebagai pembanding digunakan antibiotik ampisilin sebagai kontrol positif. Hasil dari uji pengaruh infus daun nanas menunjukkan aktivitas yang berbeda dalam menghambat bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Infus daun nanas lebih aktif dalam menghambat bakteri Staphylococcus aureus yaitu pada konsentrasi 70% dengan diamaeter zona bening 16,67 mm. Aktivitas antibakteri infus daun nanas masih lebih kecil dibandingkan antibiotik ampisilin untuk bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dengan diameter hambatan 30 mm. Hasil yang diperoleh dari data yang ada untuk masing-masing konsentrasi infus menunjukan nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 73,764 ? 19,00, dimana Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima maka terdapat aktivitas antibakteri infuse daun nanas terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. This study intends to determine the antibacterial activity of leaf Infusa Pineapple (Ananas Comucus.L.Mer) against Staphylococcus aureus.). Testing using disc diffusion method. The treatment used is the concentration of pineapple leaf infusion, which includes 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, and 80% as a benchmark is used as a positive control antibiotic ampicillin. The test results show the influence of pineapple leaf infusions of different activities in inhibiting the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus. Pineapple leaf infusion is more active in inhibiting the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus at a concentration of 70% to 17.67 mm diamaeter clear zone. s Antibacterial activity of pineapple leaf infusion is still smaller than the antibiotic ampicillin for bacterial Staphylococcu aureus with 30 mm diameter obstacle. The results obtained from existing data for each concentration of infusion showed the value of F calculated> F table 73,764 ? 19,00, where Ho is rejected and Ha accepted then there is a pineapple leaf infusion of antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.
