Abstract
Pekerjaan Peningkatan Ruas Jalan Bube Danau Perintis, merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan lalu lintas. Agregat yang akan digunakan dalam pekerjaan harus sedemikian rupa agar campuran beraspal yang proporsinya dibuat sesuai dengan rumusan campuran kerja dan memenuhi semua ketentuan yang disyaratkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui gradasi agregat gabungan dalam campuran dan mengetahui kadar aspal yang digunakan sesudah pelaksanaan, membandingkan hasil pengujian gradasi agregat gabungan dan kadar aspal dengan JMF menurut Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2010 Rev.2 dan membandingkan hasil pengujian gradasi menurut Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2010 Rev.2 dan Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2010 Rev.3. Pengujian dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan menggunakan alat centrifuge extraction dan sieve shaker. Pengujian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kadar aspal dalam campuran dan gradasi agregat gabungan berdasarkan Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2010 Rev. 3. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa gradasi agregat gabungan lolos saringan yang didapat tidak memenuhi menurut Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2010 Rev.2 yaitu sebesar 42,424 % dan Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2010 Rev.3 yaitu sebesar 21,213 %. Kadar aspal yang diperoleh pada setiap segmen dari hasil pengujian melebihi dari yang direncanakan dalam campuran Job Mix Formula (JMF) yaitu 5,0 %, total keseluruhan kelebihan kadar aspal yaitu sebesar 46 %. Roads Improvement Works Bube Perintis Lake, is one attempt to address traffic problems. Aggregate to be used in such a way that the work should be the proportion of asphalt mixture made in accordance with the formulation of a mixture of work and meet all the requirements. The research objective was to determine the combined aggregate gradation in the mix and determine the levels of bitumen used after implementation, comparing the results of testing of the combined aggregate gradation and bitumen content with JMF according to the General Specifications of Highways 2010 Rev.2 and comparing the results of testing gradation according to the General Specifications of Highways 2010 Rev.2 and General Specifications Highways 2010 Rev.3. Tests conducted at the Laboratory of Civil Engineering, University State of Gorontalo by using the centrifuge extraction and sieve shakers. This test is intended to determine the binder content in the mixture and the combined aggregate grading is based on General Specifications Highways 2010 Rev. 3. Test result has showed that the combined aggregate grading sieve obtained does not match the specifications according to the General Highways 2010 Rev.2 in the amount of 42.424% and General Specifications Highways 2010 Rev.3 is equal to 21.213%. Bitumen content obtained in each segment of the test results exceed the planned in the mix Job Mix Formula (JMF) is 5.0%, the total excess asphalt content that is equal to 46%.
