ABSTRACTSCHEDULING OPTIMIZATIONBUILDING REVITALIZATION PROJECT BPS GORONTALO CITYUSING METHODS CPM AND PDMByNoval AntuliCentral Statistics Agency (BPS) Gorontalo city in its efforts to improve the quality of service to revitalize the building. The construction of BPS Gorontalo city planned execution time for 180 working days with the total cost Rp. 1385945709 but experienced delays in the implementation of the optimization that needs to be in terms of time and cost in order to obtain optimal results. for it is necessary that the method can optimize time and costs without reducing the quality and quality.Method CPM (Critical Path Method) and the PDM method (Precedence Diagram Method) is used to analyze the project completion time to be more effective and efficient in scheduling. To overcome time delays and project cost increases, then carried out Crash Program with the addition of labor.The results showed the optimal duration of the project is 164 working days with the time efficiency of 11.67% and a total cost of Rp.1.374.440.709 the cost efficiency of 0.83%, so the cost savings obtained by Rp.11.505.000.Keywords: Optimization, CPM and PDM methods, Acceleration.
