Abstract
INTISARI SITINURSINAH KIRNAWATY TAHA, Nim 5114 11 021. "Evaluasi Kondisi Perkerasan Jalan di Kota Gorontalo Menurut Metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI)" dibawah bimbingan Ibu Yuliyanti Kadir, S.T.,M.T dan Bapak Fadly Achmad, S.T.,M.Eng. Program Studi S1 Teknik Sipil. Fakultas Teknik. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Kota Gorontalo merupakan salah satu daerah di kawasan Provinsi Gorontalo dengan perkembangan yang cukup pesat. Beberapa ruas jalan di Kota Gorontalo mengalami kerusakan yang cukup signifikan, baik kerusakan ringan maupun kerusakan sedang. Indikator kerusakannya bisa dilihat dari kondisi permukaan jalan, baik struktural maupun fungsional. Metode Perkerasan Kerusakan Pavement Condition Index adalah sistem penilaian kondisi perkerasan berdasarkan jenis, tingkat dan tingkat kerusakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi perkerasan jalan di Kota Gorontalo berdasarkan skala PCI standar adalah 50% ruas jalan dengan kondisi perkerasan "sempurna", 16,43% ruas jalan dengan kondisi perkerasan "sangat baik", 18,57% ruas jalan dengan kondisi perkerasan "baik", 10% ruas jalan dengan kondisi perkerasan "sedang", 2,86% ruas jalan dengan kondisi perkerasan "buruk" dan 2,14% ruas jalan dengan kondisi perkerasan "sangat buruk". Berdasarkan skala penilaian PCI khusus, sebanyak 66,43% ruas jalan yang memadai, 18,57% ruas jalan yang tergradasi dan 15% ruas jalan yang tidak memuaskan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 15 jenis kerusakan yang terjadi pada jalan yang disurvei. Jenis kerusakan adalah retak kulit buaya, kegemukan, blok retak, benjolan dan turun, amblas, retak pinggir, lajur / bahu turun, retak panjang dan melintang, keriting, tambalan dan tambalan galian utilitas, agregat licin, lubang, alur, retak selip, dan pelapukan dan pelepasan butiran. Bentuk penanganan ditentukan berdasarkan jenis kerusakan, sedangkan perawatan ditentukan berdasarkan nilai PCI masing-masing segmen. Jumlah jalan yang direkomendasikan untuk program perawatan rutin adalah 78 ruas, rehabilitasi minor adalah 26 ruas, rehabilitasi mayor adalah 32 ruas dan rekonstruksi adalah 4 ruas. S1 Program of Civil Engineering. Faculty of Engineering. Gorontalo State University Gorontalo city is one of the areas in the province of Gorontalo which experienced a fairly rapid development. Several roads in Gorontalo City suffered significant damage, both minor damage and moderate damage. The indicator of its damage can be seen from the road surface condition, both structural and functional. Pavement Condition Index Pavement Condition Method is a scoring system pavement conditions by type, level and extent of damage. The results showed that the condition of road pavement in Gorontalo city based on PCI standard scale was 50% of road segment with "perfect" pavement condition, 16.43% of road segment with "excellent" pavement condition, 18.57% of road segment with pavement condition " good ", 10% of road segments with" medium "pavement conditions, 2.86% of roads with" poor" pavement conditions and 2.14% of roads with" very poor "pavement conditions. Based on PCI custom scale, 66.43% of road segments are adequate, 18.57% of segmented roads are degraged and 15% of road segments are unsatisfactory. The results showed that there were 15 types of damages that occurred on roads that were surveyed. Type of damage is alligator cracking, bleeding, block cracking, bump and sags, depression, edge cracking, lane/shoulder drop off, long and transverse cracking, corrugation, patching and utility cut patch, polished aggregate, potholes, rutting, slippage cracking, weathering and raveling. The form of handling is determined by type, while maintenance is determined based on the PCI value of each segment. The number of roads recommended on the routine maintenance program are 81 segments, minor rehabilitation are 29 segments, major rehabilitation are 25 segments and reconstruction are 5 segments Kata kunci : Gorontalo City, Damaged road, PCI
