EVALUASI KETERLAMBATAN PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI DIKOTA GORONTALO

INTISARI
Mengingat dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi di Kota Gorontalo sering mengalami keterlambatan yang akan berdampak buruk terhadap proyek, dengan itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek pembangunan gedung di Kota Gorontalo dan juga mengetahui pengaruh dari faktor dominan terhadap keterlambatan untuk proyek pembangunan gedung di Kota Gorontalo.
Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dibantu dengan program SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution), dan dianalisis dengan mentode skala Likert, indeks kepentingan, dan menguji validitas dan realibilitas.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui 6 faktor penyebab keterlambatan pembangunan proyek konstruksi di Kota Gorontalo yakni pengadaan bahan cuaca buruk (hujan deras/lokasi tergenang), kesalahan pengelolaan material, kekurangan tenaga kerja, keterlambatan pembayaran oleh owner dan kesalahan dalam perencanaan Diantara ke-6 faktor tersebut terdapat faktor dominar yaitu pengadaan bahan, dan pengaruh dari faktor dominan terhadap keterlambatan kerja karena pengadaan materialnya mencapai 90% dari luar daerah dan proses pengirimannya dilakukan dengan transportasi laut.

ABSTRACT
Considering the delays which often happens in executing the construction project and adversely affect towards the project in Gorontalo City, therefore this research aims to analyze factors influencing the delays of construction project in Gorontalo City and find out the influence of dominant factor towards the delay of construction project in Gorontalo City.
This research is descriptive research using SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) program, and analyzed through Likert scale method, interest index
method, and validity and reliability testing.
Findings show that there are 6 factors influencing the delays of construction project in Gorontalo City, those are the procurement of goods in bad weather condition (heavy rain/stagnation point), material management error, the labor shortage, the late payment of the owner, and planning mistake. Among t1 v.3 a .ctors the dominant factor is the procurement of goods, and the influe ' towards the delay 15 caused by 90% procurement of goods whic is from outside area via shipping.
