Abstract
ABSTRACT
SMK N 4 Gorontalo is a senior high school which plays in developing sciences. Learning process of the school is conventional which affected the learning process less effective. The development of digital learning is conaisdered a need and no longer undeniable. The concept of learning bring effect to the transformation of convensional education to the digital learning,either it concerns the content or system. The learning process in SMK N 4 Gorontalohas been overall considered to be conventional, therefore SMK N 4 need an alternative concept of learning by utilizing information technology that supports the learning process such us e-Learning media uses moodle in order to gain more effective learning and teaching process. The research applies WISDM method, system development procesudres were 5 stages such us organizational analysis, information analysis, work design, technical design, and human computer interface. The result of developing e-Learning are learning application which can manage user, material management, questions, quiz, chatting, discussion forum, live streaming, and certificate. They are implemented by socializing the student and teachers. The questionnaires gained 50 % of level of satisfaction.
