By the development of time,Gorontalo culture has been gradually forgotten by people primarily those people who live in present time.The situation is considered the preservation on Gorontalo culture has not been optimal.The research aimed to apply WISDM methodology to develip information system of Gorontalo culture as the stage measures by using webqual and it was conducted before and after application done by submitting question adjusted with user needs which can eventually affect the preservation on Gorontalo culture.
