Pemanfaatan teknologi sistem informasi tidak hanya pada sektor bisnis, tetapi juga pada sektor publik/pemerintah. Pemerintah memanfaatkan teknologi sistem informasi tersebut untuk memantau perkembangan pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang Sistem Informasi Pusat Data Dan Hasil Analisis Pembangunan (PUSDHALISBANG), di BAPPEDA Provinsi Gorontalo. Peneliti menganalisa dan merancang desain sistem yang akan dibuat dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, desain atau perancangan yang meliputi sistem pemodelan menggunakan DFD dan perancangan interface. Bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai database, berlanjut pada tahapan pengujian dan pemeliharaan sistem. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang bisa memudahkan dalam penyampaian informasi mengenai BAPPEDA maupun SKPD terkait secara online.

ABSTRACT
The utilization of information system technology does not only takes place in the business sector but also in the public/government sector. The government utilizes the information system technology to monitor the development of the government. The purpose of this study is to design a Data Center Information Systems and Development Analysis (PUSDALISBANG), in BAPPEDA Gorontalo Province. The method used is the waterfall method, with stages of analysis that includes system requirements analysis, and design that includes a modeling system using DFD and interface design. The programming language uses PHP and MySQL as the database which then continues in the testing and maintenance phase of the system. This study produces a web-based information system that can facilitate users in delivering information about BAPPEDA and related SKPD through the online system.
