Abstract
INTISARI Sukmilandawaty Ngabito. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Sparepart dan Service Centre Unit Non Garansi berbasis WEB dan SMS Gateway. Pembimbing 1 & Pembimbing 2 (Lanto Ningrayati Amali, S.Kom., M.Kom., Ph.D & Abdul Aziz Bouty, S.Kom., M.Kom) Sistem Informasi adalah suatu sistem di dalam organisasi yang mempertemukan kebutuhan pengelola transaksi harian, mendukung operasi, bersifat manajerial dan kegiatan strategi dari suatu organisasi dan menyediakan pihak luar tertentu dengan laporan-laporan yang diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang sebuah sistem informasi service center unit non garansi berbasis web dan sms gateway. Metode yang digunakan metode waterfall. Tahapan pertama pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, kemudian tahapan selanjutnya dibuat perancangan yang meliputi sistem pemodelan menggunakan DFD dan perancangan interface. Bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai database serta gammu untuk menjembatani fitur SMS Gateway, setelah tahapan perancangan, dibuat implementasi yang merupakan tampilan sistem berlanjut pada tahapan pengujian dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis web dan sms gateway, service unit non garansi bisa ditangani dengan cepat, baik itu dalam proses pemesanan sparepart. Sistem ini juga bisa mempermudah admin dalam pembuatan laporan ke pimpinan Vancare Gorontalo. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Service Center, SMS Gateway ABSTRACT Sukmilandawaty Ngabito. Principal Supervisor and Co-Supervisor (Lanto Ningrayati Amali, Ph.D. & Abdul Aziz Bouty, S.Kom., M.Kom) Information System is a system within the organization that brings the needs of daily transaction managers and strategic activities of an organization that serves as supportive operations that are managerial and able to provide reports required by outsiders. The purpose of this research is to design an information system of a non-warranty service center unit based on WEB and SMS Gateway. This research employed waterfall method. The first step in this research is the analysis that includes the analysis of system requirements, which continues on the design that includes a modeling system using DFD and interface design. Programming language using PHP and MySQL as database and gammu to bridge SMS Gateway feature. After the design stage, implementation is made which is the appearance of the system that continues at the stage of system testing and maintenance. The results of this study indicate that with a web-based information system and SMS gateway, the non-warranty service units can be handled quickly, both in the spare parts ordering process and in preparing reports for the director of Gorontalo Vancare.
