Abstract
Pertamina is a state oil and natural gas mining company. Currently, 23 gas stations in Gorontalo Province are under the management of the TBBM (fuel oil terminal) of Gorontalo. The office applies manual management system by which it hinders the employees in terms of the input of the data and the report. This also results in a slower data-checking process. With that being said, an application that automatically manages the data of the demand for fuel oil stocks and sends the data to the gas station is necessary. Such an application also ensures the accuracy and efficiency of sending the data. This also because of the fact that every transaction in that company requires a weekly, monthly, and even annual report. This research is aimed at developing system information on the demand for fuel oil stock to improve the service and performance of the oil company. It employed Prototype and EOQ (Economic order quantity method) method; the EOQ method was used in examining the management of the inventory.The developed system uses PHP and MySQL as its language programming. The development of this system was by implementing a web-based technology in assisting the vendor to mediate with the company. In the end, the application allows the oil company in Gorontalo province to implement an effective reporting and service system.
