Abstract

The studi is aimed at creating and implementing the web-based permit and non-permit information system to facilitate and to accelerate the licensing and non-licensing information system. It applies prototype method as system development method. The problems often occurred regarding permit, and non-permit sevices are the difficulty in gathering quick and transparent information such as information regarding the permit requirements and permit application, and the difficulty to find out the application status. This study produces a new system that can facilitate either the applicants to permit registration or information searching. It is also useful for One-Stop integrated Service for Investment Coordinating Board of Gorontalo City in processing permit and non-permit application data.
