Abstract
ABSTRACT
JULVIKRAM SUPANDI. A Mobile Based Quick Response System For Reporting and Handling Crime Against Women and Children through Applying ADDIE Method. (The principle supervisior is Tajuddin Abdillah, S.Kom, M.Cs, and the co-supervisior is Rampi Yusuf, S.Kom, MT).
A reporting process for victim of crime against women and children was undertaken by finding out Satgas Binaan or visiting the office of P2TP2A directly. The information received by Satgas P2TP2A remained less complete thus it did not ease the victim to handle the case. This system was developed through applying Research and Development (R&D) model with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model while is implementation used PHP progrsmming language for web application and framework cordova for mobile application as well as MySQLi for the data storage. This research aimed to create a mobile based quick response system for reporting and handling crime against women and children in order to facilitate either people or P2TP2A party in handling the case. The people could report the case through their smartpone then the data including victim identity, photo, and coordinate point of the location would be received by P2TP2A partywhich was to the handled by them.
