ABSTRACT
HERLIN MOHAMAD. Information System of Household Food Industry Permit in Gorontalo City (Principal supervisor is Dian Novian, S.Kom, MT, and the co-supervisor is Tajuddin Abdilah, S.Kom, M.Cs).
The management of househould food industry permit data in Department of Health Of Gorontalo City remained to experience several obstacles including the use of registration book to record permit application data, and use of Microsoft word and Microsoft excel in its data processing. Furthermore, these previous data as a result of processing are not being saved in a certain database. Thus, it may damage the file/ corrupt and enable them to be lost. Besides, the Department of Health is also lacking information system that provides information on household food industry permit either to the applicant or the related system. The research aimed to develop Information System Of Househould Food Industry Permit that can be integrated with the related system. It applied prototype as Industry Permit that can be integrated with the related system and can be used for the Department of Health Of Gorontalo City to manage the data permit. Additionally, the system will notify the applicant through SMS. These advantages can facilitate either the applicant or the related system in Department of Trade and Industry of Gorontalo City and also Department of Capital Investment and Integrated Licensing of Gorontalo City to access information on the househould food industry permit.
