Proses pencatatan pelaggaran yang dilakukan pada Sekolah SMKN 3 Gorontalo masih dicatat di buku pelanggaran, Pengelolaan informasipun masih manual dalam hal ini masih dicari berdasarkan poin pelanggaran yang didapat oleh siswa yang melanggar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang Sistem Informasi bimbingan konseling berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype untuk pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian sistem informasi Bimbingan Konseling dapat mengelola data siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran, menentukan poin dan sanksi pelanggaran serta dapat mencetak surat berupa surat undangan orang tua, surat surat peringatan 1, surat peringatan 2, surat peringatan 3, dan surat drop out.

The violation conducted in SMKN 3 Gorontalo is still recorded in the book of violation. the information process is also conducted manually which still looking for the type of violation is done by the students. This study is aimed to design the web-based counselling guidance information system. It employs a prototype method for system develobment. Finding of the researeh is a conceling guidance information system that can process the data of students who perform the violation and to determine the type of violation and sanction to be charged as well to create invitation letter to parents, warning latter 1, warning latter 2, warning latter 3 and drop out a latter.
