AGUS MOHAMAD. Penerapan Computer Based Intruction (CBI) Model Tutorial Berbasis Multimedia pada Materi Perakitan Komputer (dibimbing oleh Mukhlisulfatih Latief, S.Kom., MT. dan Rampi Yusuf, S.Kom., MT).
Pendidik memiliki tanggung jawab yang sangat besar dalam pembelajaran dikelas dan penyampaian meteri yang diajarkan ke peserta didik, namun kenyataannya masih banyak pendidik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran yang sangat monoton dalam penyampaian materi sehingga pada saat proses pembelajaran, siswa belum mampu untuk mengembangkan kemapuan berpikir kreatif dan cenderung di arahkan untuk memiliki kemampuan untuk menghafal sebuah informasi. Rendahnya motivasi siswa terlihat dari cepatnya mereka merasa bosan, berpikiran instan, susah berkonsentrasi, terlambat masuk kelas dan malas mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah. Kemampuan belajar mandiri yang rendah dapat terlihat dari sulitnya mereka dalam memahai pelajaran baik dari buku teks ataupun tugas-tugas yang diberikan, sehingga terjadi suatu kesenjangan dalam belajar seperti halnya yang terjadi di SMK Negeri 5 Gorontalo. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk 1). Merancang video tutorial dengan konsep CBI berbasis multimedia pada materi perakitan komputer untuk siswa kelas X TKJ1 SMK Negeri 5 Gorontalo, dan 2). Menganalisis hasil penerapan konsep CBI berbasis multimedia pada materi perakitan komputer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode pengembangan Reseach and Development dengan model ADDIE dengan hasil pengujian kelayakan media pembelajaran oleh ahli materi menunjukkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 94,8% dengan kategori ..."sangat layak, dan hasil kelayakan media menurut ahli media menunjukkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 97,1% dengan kategori ..."sangat layak. Dengan demikian Media Pembelajaran Interaktif berbasis Multimedia dengan menerapkan konsep CBI pada materi Perakitan Komputer yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Educators/teachers have a huge responsibility in the learning process and in delivering the material being taught to students, but in fact, there are still many teachers who teacher who use a very monotone learning model in delivering material so that during the learning process, students have not been able to develop their creative thinking skill and tend directed to have the ability to memorize information. Low student learning motivation can be seen from how quickly they feel bored, have instant thoughts, have difficulty in concetrating, late for class, and lazy to do homework. Whereas, the low independent learning ability can be seen from their difficulties in understanding lessons both from the text and assignments given, so that there is a gap in the learning, as happened at SMK Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This research aims at 1) designing a tutorial video with multimedia based CBI concept in the computer assembly topic on Students Grade X TKJ1 SMK Negeri 5 Gorontalo, and 2) analyzing the result of the application of multimedia-based CBI concept in the computer assembly topic. It employs a Research and Development model with ADDIE model in which the result of the learning media feasibility test by material experts indicate the percentage of feasibility for 94.8% with ..."very feasible category, and the result of media feasibility media experts indecates the percetage of feasibility for 97.1% with ..."very feasible category. Hence the developed Multimedia-based Interactive Learning Media by applying the CBI (computer-based-intruction) concept in the Computer Assembly topic is very feasibble to be implemented in the learning process.
