Abstract
ABSTRAK Merlin Daud. NIM. 613414031: Efektifitas Jamur Beauvaria bassiana dan Metarhizium anisopliae Terhadap Hama (Nilaparvata lugens) Pada Tanaman Padi Varietas Ciherang. Di bawah bimbingan Mohamad Lihawa selaku pembimbing I dan Indriati Husain selaku pembimbing II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas jamur Beauvaria bassiana dan Metarhizium anisopliae terhadap hama Nilaparvata lugens pada tanaman padi varietas ciherang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan dan Agrigreen Jurusan Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Negeri Gorontalo pada Bulan Maret sampai Mei 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial terdiri dari satu faktor yaitu: Dosis jamur Beauvaria bassiana dan jamur Metarhizium anisopliae dengan 5 taraf, kontrol 100 ml aquades, 15 gram/100 ml aquades, 30 gram/100 ml aquades, 45 gram/100 ml aquades dan 60 gram/100 ml aquades. Parameter yang diamati adalah perkembangan wereng batang coklat (Nilaparvata lugens), masa inkubasi (hari) dan mortalitas total (%). Analisis data menggunakan sidik ragam (ANOVA) dengan Uji DMRT 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan jamur B. bassiana dapat menghambat perkembangan hama N. lugens dalam hal produksi telur dan rata-rata turunan F1 dibandingkan jamur M. anisopliae dan perlakuan jamur Beauvaria bassiana sangat efektif meningkatkan mortalitas hama Nilaparvata lugens dengan dosis 60 gram/100 ml aquades pada 7 hari setelah aplikasi sedangkan jamur Metarhizium anisopliae dengan dosis 60 gram/100 ml aquades efektif meningkatkan mortalitas hama Nilaparvata lugens sebesar 100% pada 9 hari setelah aplikasi. Student Id. 613414031: The Effectiveness of Beauvaria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae toward Nilaparvata lugens in Ciherang Variety Rice. The principal supervisor is Mohamad Lihawa, and co-supervisor is Indriati Husain. The study is aimed at investigating the effectiveness of Beauvaria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae toward pest Nilaparvata lugens in ciherang variety rice. It was conducted at Kultur Jaringan (plant tissue isolation method) and Agrigreen laboratory of Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, State University of Gorontalo from March to May 2018. It applies Factorial Completely Randomized Design consisting of one factor: a dose of Beauvaria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae with 5 levels, control 100 ml of aquadest, 15 gram/100 ml of aquadest, 30 gram/100 ml aquadest, 45 gram/100 ml of aquadest, and 60 gram/100 ml of aquadest. The observed parameters area the development of Brown Plant Hopper (Nilaparvata lugens), incubation period (day) and mortality (%). Data analysis applies an analysis of variance with 5 % Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Findings reveal that the B. bassiana is more effective to inhibit the growth of N. lugens in producing egg and averagely is the F1 derivation than M. anisopliae. Besides, B. bassiana is very effective to increase the mortality of N. lugens with dose of 60 gram/100 ml of aquadest during 7 days after the application and M. anisopliae is effective to increase the mortality of N. lugens with the dose of 60 gram/100 ml of aquadest during 9 days after the application.
