Moh. Rifky Abdurahman Gani. Student ID Number 613417039. Effect of Interval of Coconut Water and Cow Manure on Growth and Yield of Tomato Plants (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill). The Principal Supervisor is Yunita Rahim, and the Co-supervisor is Fitriah S. Jamin Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) is the most popular agricultural product with a high economic value in society. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect and interaction of adding coconut water and cow manure on the growth and yield of tomato plants (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill). This research was conducted from August to October 2021 at Putri Mandiri Green House, Sipatana Subdistrict, Gorontalo City using a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The interval of adding coconut water consisted of 3 levels, while the adding of cow dung manure consisted of 4 levels. The results of this study indicated that the interval of adding coconut water and cow manure affected the growth and yield of tomato plants. It is further explained by the following results: 1) The interval of giving coconut water every 8 days has an effect on plant height, 2) The treatment once every 4 days has an effect on the number of leaves of tomato plants, 3) The adding of cow manure in the treatment of 120 g/polybag gave an effect on the number of leaves, number of fruits, and fruit weight per tomato plant, and 4) The treatment of 60 g/polybag had an effect on the fruit weight of tomato plants. Besides, the interaction of treatment intervals of adding coconut water and cow manure did not affect the growth and yield of tomato plants. Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) merupakan hasil pertanian yang nilai ekonominya cukup tinggi, serta jenis sayuran buah yang sangat dikenal oleh masyarakat. Tujuan Penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh dan interaksi pemberian air kelapa dan aplikasi pupuk kandang kotoran sapi pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2021 di Green House Putri Mandiri Kecamatan Sipatana, Kota Gorontalo menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial. Interval pemberian air kelapa terdiri dari 3 taraf dan aplikasi pupuk kandang kotoran sapi terdiri 4 taraf. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Interval pemberian air kelapa dan aplikasi pupuk kandang sapi memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat. Interval pemberian air kelapa perlakuan 8 hari sekali memberikan pengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman. Sedangkan pada perlakuan 4 hari sekali memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah daun tanaman tomat. Aplikasi pupuk kandang sapi pada perlakuan 120 g/polibag memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah daun, jumlah buah dan bobot buah per tanaman tomat. Sedangkan perlakuan 60 g/polibag memberikan pengaruh terhadap bobot perbuah tanaman tomat. Interaksi perlakuan interval pemberian air kelapa dan aplikasi pupuk kandang kotoran sapi tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat.
