Indrianti Abdullah. 2017. Tingkat Adopsi Peternak Terhadap Teknologi IB (Inseminasi Buatan) Pada Ternak Sapi Bali Di Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dibimbing oleh Suparmin Fathan sebagai pembimbing I dan Fahrul Ilham sebagai pembimbing II.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat adopsi peternak Sapi Bali terhadap teknologi IB (Inseminasi Buatan) serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat adopsi teknologi IB (Inseminasi Buatan) di Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data yang dihimpun adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Stratified Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin,di tiga desa terdapat peternak yang pernah melakukan Inseminasi Buatan pada Sapi Bali. dan desa tersebut memiliki populasi ternak dengan populasi tinggi,sedang,dan rendah.Penentuan responden dilakukan secara acak proposional, data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian tentang Tingkat Adopsi Peternak Terhadap Teknologi IB (Inseminasi Buatan) Pada Sapi Bali Di Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo yang meliputi tahap-tahap Adopsi yakni tahap sadar, minat, mencoba, menilai dan menerapkan. Termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan memperoleh nilai skor rata-rata 1064. Dapat simpulkan bahwa tingkat adopsi inseminasi buatan oleh peternak di Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo sebesar 100% menerapkan Inseminasi Buatan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat adopsi menunjukkan nilai skor sebesar 785,4.

This research aims to determine the level of adoption of Bali Cattle breeders against AI( artificial insemination) technology and know the factors that influence the adoption rate of AI( artificial insemination) technology in lake blue Gorontalo district. This research used survey method. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling by using the slovin formula, in three villages there are farmers who have made artificial insemination on bali cattle and the village has a population of livestock with high, medium, and low population. Determination of respondent conducted propotional random data obtained the analysis deskriptive. The result of research on the level of adoption of breeders to AI( artificial insemination) technology in Bali Cattle in lake blue Gorontalo district which includes the stages of adoption of the stage of cousciousness,interest,try,assess,and apply. Included in the category is very good with an average score of 1064. It can be concluded that the rate of adoption of artificial insemination by farmersi in lake blue Gorontalo district by 100% apply artificial insemination and factor-factor affecting the adoption rate shows the score value of 785,4.
