Abstract
ABSTRAK Sri Sartika Mohi. 2016. Analisis Biaya Pemasaran Daging Sapi Segar di Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Skripsi. Jurusan Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian. Dibimbing oleh Abdul Hamid Arsyad dan Laode Sahara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran, marjin, farmer's share, efisiensi pemasaran daging sapi segar. Dilaksanakan di Pasar Sentral dan Kios Daging Novalinda Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan mengggunakan analisis deskriptif serta analisis marjin, farmers share, dan efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya pemasaran daging sapi segar rata-rata Rp 3.975/kg dengan keuntungan rata-rata Rp 11.775/kg. Saluran pemasaran daging sapi segar di Kecamatan Limboto menggunakan saluran dengan pola: produsen/peternak - pedagang daging - konsumen dengan marjin sebesar Rp 15.750, farmer's share 85% dan efisiensi pemasaran 3,78%. The aim of this research was to know the channel , margin, farmers share and efficiency of fresh beef marketing at Pasar Sentral and Kios Daging Novalinda Limboto Subdistrict Gorontalo Regency. This study was survey research by collecting the prime and secondary data. The data were analysed by using descriptive and margin analysis, farmers share and marketing efficiency. The result of this study indicates that fresh beef marketing is Rp 3.975/kg on an average with the profit Rp 11.775/kg on an average. The marketing channel of fresh beef uses the pattern producers/farmers-beef traders-consumers with margin in the amount of Rp 15.750, farmers share 85 % and marketing efficiency 3,78%.
