SABRI MANTANG, 2017. Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Organik Bio-urin Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Biomas Rumput gajah Varitas Dwarf (Pennisetum Purpureum). Muhammad Mukhtar dan Fahria Datau.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik bio-urin terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi biomas rumput gajah (Pennisetum Purpureum) varitas dwarf. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dengan menggunakan media polybag. Perlakuan penelitian adalah P0 (0 ml/tanaman/90 hari), P1 (100 ml/tanaman/90 hari), P2 (200 ml/tanaman/90 hari), P3 (300 ml/tanaman/90 hari), P4 (400 ml/tanaman/90 hari). Parameter yang diamati adalah Pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, Produksi anakan, Produksi segar dan persentase daun rumput gajah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan tidak nyata (P>0,01) terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, produksi anakan, produksi segar, dan persentase daun rumput gajah. Hasil tertinggi untuk tinggi tanaman pada perlakuan P2 (209,5 cm), hasil tertinggi produksi anakan pada perlakuan P4 (3,75 batang), hasil tertinggi produksi segar pada perlakuan P1 (240 gr), dan hasil tertinggi persentase daun pada perlakuan P4 (41,54 %).

ABSTRACT
SABRI MANTANG, 2017. The Influence of Giving Bio-urine Fertilizer towards growth and Production Biomass of Elephant Grass, Dwarf variety (Pennisetum Purpureum). Principal supervisor is Muhammad Mukhtar and Co-supervisor is Fahria Datau.
This research aims to investigating the influence of giving bio-urine towards growth and production biomass of elephant grass (Pennisetum Purpureum), Dwarf Variety. It applies complete random sampling consisting of 5 treatments and 4 repetitions using polybag as media. Treatments consist of PO (0 ml/plant/90 days), P1 (100ml/plant/90 days), P2 (200ml/plant/90 days), P3 (300ml/plant/90 days), P4 (400ml/plant/90 days). Investigated parameters are growth of plant's height, tiller production, fresh production, and percentage of elephant grass percentage. Finding reveals that treatment insignificantly influences (P>0,01) growth of plant's height, tiller production, fresh production, and percentage of elephant grass percentage. The highest result of plant's height is in P2 treatment (209,5 cm), the highest result of tiller production is in P4 treatment (3,75 stems), the highest result of fresh production is in P1 treatment (240 gr), and the highest percentage of leaf is in P4 treatment (41,54 %).
