Abstract
ABSTRAK
SARWONO SUGIYO PRASOJO, 621412036. Prevalensi Nematodiasis pada Kambing di Kabupaten Gorontalo, Provinsi Gorontalo. Di bimbing oleh Tri Ananda Erwin Nugroho. Dan Nibras Karnain Laya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mangetahui prevelensi Nematodiasis Pada kambing di Kabupaten Gorontalo penentuan jumlah saampel menggunakan persamaan slovin dari populasi yang berjumlah 45.624 ekor kambing. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara acak proporsinal di Kabupaten Gorontalo, metode pemeriksaan telur cacing menggunakan metode natif, prevalensi Nematodiasis ditentukan dengan cara menghitung jumlah sampel yang terinfeksi dibagi dengan jumlah kambing yang periksa di kalikan seratus persen. Variable yang diamati yaitu telur cacing yang ditemukan pada sampel yang diperiksa, kemudian data diolah secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa dari 100 sasmpel feses Kambing yang diperiksa, sebanyak 52 sampel posotif infeksi telur nematoda. Dengan demikian prevalensi Nematodiasis pada kambing di Kabupaten Gorontalo yaitu 52%

This study aims to determine the prevalence of Nematodiasis In goats in Gorontalo regency determining the number of saampel using the slovin equation of the population of 45,624 goats. The sample selection was done randomly proportionally in Gorontalo Regency, the method of examination of worm eggs using the native method, the prevalence of Nematodiasis was determined by counting the number of infected samples divided by the number of goats examined in multiply hundred percent. The observed variables are the worm eggs found in the samples examined, then the data is processed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that of 100 sasmpel of goat faeces examined, as many as 52 samples of infected egg nematode infection. Thus the prevalence of Nematodiasis in goats in Gorontalo regency is 52%
