ABSTRAK Kusno Setiadi. NIM: 702617001. Pengembangan Desain Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Era Merdeka Belajar Berdasarkan Dick and Carey pada SMA Kabupaten Bolango. Disertasi Program Doktor Ilmu Pendidikan Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui penerapan desain pembelajaran PAI di SMA Kabupaten Bone Bolango (2) Mengembangkan desain pembelajaran PAI di era Merdeka Belajar pada SMA Kabupaten Bone Bolango (3) Menghasilkan panduan desain pembelajaran PAI di era Merdeka Belajar pada SMA Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Dalam pengembangan desain pembelajaran PAI di era Merdeka Belajar ini digunakan Dick and Carey. Angket digunakan sebagai teknik utama dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis frekuensi relative. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) penerapan desain pembelajaran PAI di SMA Kabupaten Bone Bolango melalui tahapan-tahapan (a) mengidentifikasi tujuan umum pengajaran (b) menganalisis karakteristik peserta didik (c) merumuskan tujuan peformasi yang berisi komponen-komponen audiens, condition, dan degree (d) menyusun butir-butir postes (e) mengembangkan strategi berupa pendekatan saintifik metode ceramah dan diskusi (f) menentukan alat, media dan sumber belajar berupa buku paket PAI dan (g) evaluasi sumatif pada saat ulangan harian atau penilaian akhir semester. (2) Pengembangan desain pembelajaran PAI di era Merdeka Belajar dengan prinsip-prinsip efisien, efektif dan berorientasi pada peserta didik melalui tahapan-tahapan: (a) menentuan tujuan umum (b) analisis kebutuhan (c) analisis peserta didik (d) merumuskan tujuan khusus dalam bentuk ABCD (Audience, Behavior, Condition dan Degree) (e) mengembangkan instrumen dalam bentuk pretes dan postes (f) mengembangkan strategi yang memuat pendekatan saintifik, karakteristik pembelajaran abad 21, model pembelajaran kooperatif (g) memilih isi materi, bahan dan media melalui aplikasi MS 365 (I) evaluasi dan revisi (i) evaluasi sumatif. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah desain pembelajaran yang disusun berbasis sistem dan bahan ajar berbasis web yang menggunakan MS 365. (3) Buku panduan desain pembelajaran PAI di era Merdeka Belajar pada SMA Kabupaten Bone Bolango memiliki cover berwarna hijau, ukuran kertas A4, berisi 85 halaman dan jenis tulisan Times New Roman serta deskripsi materi yang terdiri dari 6 BAB. Dampak dari hasil penelitian ini adalah guru perlu meningkatkan kompetensi dalam mendesain pembelajaran berbasis sistem dan inovasi dalam menggunakan media atau bahan ajar berbasis web untuk mengimplementasikan Merdeka Belajar pada sekarang ini maupun masa depan. This study aims to: (1) determine the application of PAI learning design in high school in Bone Bolango (2) Develop PAI learning design in the Merdeka Learning era at Bone Bolango Senior High School (3) Produce PAI learning design guidelines in the Merdeka Learning era at Bone Bolango Senior High School. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods. In the development of PAI learning design in the Merdeka Learning era, the Dick and Carey. The questionnaire was used as the main technique in data collection. Data analysis was performed using relative frequency analysis. The results of the study show: (1) the application of PAI learning design at SMA Bone Bolango through the stages (a) identifying the general objectives of teaching (b) analyzing the characteristics of students (c) formulating the formation objectives which contain the components of the audience, conditions, and degree (d) compiling post-test items (e) developing strategies in the form of a scientific approach to lecture and discussion methods (f) determining tools, media and learning resources in the form of PAI textbooks and (g) summative evaluation during daily tests or end-of-semester assessments. (2) Development of PAI learning design in the Merdeka Learning era with efficient, effective and student-oriented principles through the following stages: (a) determining general goals (b) needs analysis (c) student analysis (d) formulating goals specifically in the form of ABCD (Audience, Behavior, Condition and Degree) (e) developing instruments in the form of pretest and posttest (f) developing strategies that include a scientific approach, 21st century learning characteristics, cooperative learning models (g) selecting material content, materials and media through MS 365 application (I) evaluation and revision (i) summative evaluation. The novelty of this research is the learning design that is based on systems and web-based teaching materials using MS 365. (3) The PAI learning design guidebook in the Merdeka Learning era at SMA Bone Bolango has a green cover, A4 paper size, contains 85 pages. and the type of writing Times New Roman as well as a description of the material consisting of 6 chapters. The impact of the results of this study is that teachers need to increase competence in designing system-based learning and innovation in using media or web-based teaching materials to implement Merdeka Learning now and in the future.
