Irawaty Daud, 2016. Persepsi Dan Dukungan Sosial Masyarakat Terhadap Perilaku 3M (Menguras-Menutup-Mengubur) Pada Penderita DBD Di Wilayah Keja Puskesmas Dungingi. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat. Perilaku 3M pada penderita Demam Berdarah Dengue merupakan kegiatan atau aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh individu atau kelompok masyarakat dalam rangka pelaksanaan dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyakit DBD. Rumusan masalah yaitu apakah ada hubungan antara persepsi dan dukungan sosial terhadap perilaku 3Mpada penderita DBD.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasioal analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh KK yang bertempat tinggal di wilayah kerja puskesmas dungingi yang berjumlah 5156 KK dan sampelnya anggota keluarga dari jumlah KK pemilik rumah masing-masing kelurahan sebanyak 371 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara persepsi masyarakat dan perilaku 3M pada penderita DBD dengan nilai r=0,000, tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan perilaku 3M pada penderita DBD dengan nilai r=0,939.
Simpulan penelitian terdapat hubungan persepsi dan perilaku 3M. Namuntidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dukungan sosial dan perilaku 3M pada penderita DBD. Saran peneliti pemberian informasi bagi masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perubahan perilaku masyarakat sebagai penanggulangan dan pencegahan penyakit DBD.

The 3M behavior on hemorrhaging dengue fever patients is activities conducted by individual or groups in order to prevent solve the hemorrhaging dengue fever disease. The problem statement is that whether is correlation of community perception and social support on 3M behavior of the hemorrhaging dengue fever patients.
This research is an observational analytic study with cross-sectional approach. The population in this research was all the families that reside in the area of Dungigi health care center with the total 5156 families and the samples are family members of the families in the each village with total sample of 371 people. The date are analyzed using the Spearman test.
This research revals that there is a correlation between community perception and the 3M behavior on hemorrhaging dengue fever patients with the r value is 0.000, and there is no correlation between social support and 3M behavior of the hemorrhaging dengue fever patients with the value of r is 0.939.
The study concludes that there is a correlation between perception and 3M behavior. However, there is no significant correlation between the social support and the 3M behavior on hemorrhaging dengue fever. The researcher recommends that spreading the information for the community in order to increase the knowledge and changes in community behavior as parts of the efforts to overcome and the prevent hemorrhaging dengue fever.
