Kader kesehatan adalah tenaga kesehatan yang terdidik dan terlatih dalam bidang tertentu yang tumbuh di tengah masyarakat dan merasa berkewajiban untuk melaksanakan, meningkatan, dan membina kesejateraan dengan rasa ikhlas tanpa pamrih dan didasarkan panggilan jiwa untuk melaksanakan tugas kemanusiaan, Rumusan masalah Apakah ada pengaruh tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap kinerja kader kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tilongkabila. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap kinerja kader kesehatan.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang datang berobat di Puskesmas Tilongkabila, dengan sampel adalah seluruh anggota populasi (sampel total). Analisis data diuji dengan menggunakan Regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien (kenyamanan, hubungan pasien dengan petugas Puskesmas wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tilongkabila termasuk pada kategori sedang dengan nilai koefisien (r) = 0,461 atau 46,1%. Uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 4, 383 > 2,76 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Uji T = nilai konstanta (a) = 47,447. Pengaruh tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap kinerja kader kesehatan didapatkan dengan nilai signifikan 0,003 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak (terdapat pengaruh tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap kinerja kader kesehatan).

Health workers are educated people trained in a particular field growing in the community. They are obliged to sincerely carry out, improve, and foster prosperity, and based on their desire to perform humanity services. The problem statement of this research is "is there any influence of patients' satisfaction level towards the performance of health workers at Tilongkabila community health center?". This research is intended to find out the influence of patients' satisfaction level towards the performance of health workers in the site area.
This analytical survey research involved patients of the community health center as the research population and all population members as the sample (total sampling). The data analysis was tested by employing multiple linear regression.The result reveals that patients' satisfaction level (comfort, patients' relationship with the workers of Tilongkabila community health center) is in a moderate category with the coefficient value (r) = 0.461 or 46.1%. The F test obtains the value of Fcount= 4.383 > 2.76 with the probability = 0.00 < 0.05. Further, the T test = constant value (a) = 47.447. As a result, the influence of patients' satisfaction level towards the performance of health workers obtains the significance value of 0.003 < 0.05, signifying that H0 is rejected (patients' satisfaction level does influence health workers' performance).
