Abstract
ABSTRAK
FITRI NIUWA. 2018. Hubungan Kepatuhan Ibu Hamil dalam Mengkonsumsi Zat Besi (Fe) dengan Kejadian Anemia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bongo Nol Kecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo. Pembimbing I Dr. Sunarto Kadir, Drs, M.Kes dan Pembimbing II Dr. Irwan, SKM, M.Kes. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Anemia merupakan kondisi dimana kekurangan sel darah merah (eritrosit) dalam sirkulasi atau masa hemoglobin sehingga tidak mampu memenuhi fungsinya sebagai pembawa oksigen keseluruh jaringan.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini Apakah ada hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi zat besi (Fe) dengan kejadian anemia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bongo Nol Kecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil mengkonsumsi zat besi (Fe) dengan kejadian anemia.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purposive sampling. dimana yang di teliti adalah ibu hamil trimester II dan trimester III yaitu sebanyak 56 orang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi zat besi (Fe) yang di laksanakan di Puskesmas Bongo Nol Kecamatan Paguyaman masih tidak patuh yakni berjumlah 35 orang (62,50%), sedangkan untuk kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil yakni berjumlah 36 orang (64,29%). Sehingga ada hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi zat besi (Fe) dengan kejadian anemia, dengan nilai 0,044

Anemia is a condition in which the red blood cell (erythrocyte) deficiency in circulation or hemoglobin period is unable to fulfill its function as a carrier of oxygen throughout the tissues. The problem statement of this study is "Is there a relationship between maternal compliance in iron (Fe) consuming in the work area of Bongo Nol Community Health Center Paguyaman District Boalemo Regency?" This study aimed to determine the relation of pregnant women compliance in consuming iron (Fe) with the occurrence of anemia.
This research is an observational analytic research type with the cross-sectional approach. The sample involved in this study is the second-trimester pregnant women and third trimester as many as 56 people through purposive sampling technique.
The results showed that there is still non-compliance by pregnant women in consuming iron (Fe) in the Community Health Center of Bongo Nol District of Paguyaman which amounted to 35 people (62,50%), while the anemia occurrence in pregnant mother stands to 36 people (64, 29%). So with that being said, that there is a relation of pregnant women compliance in consuming iron (Fe) with the occurrence of anemia, with a value of 0.044
