Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan unsur dasar dan penting dalam kesehatan umum, baik untuk laki-laki dan perempuan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada siswa SMK Kesehatan Bakti Nusantara Gorontalo dan siswa SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada kedua sekolah tersebut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dari kedua sekolah yaitu sebanyak 252 responden, diambil secara proportional stratified random sampling. Analisis univariat variabel pengetahuan dan sikap menggunakan uji Mann Whitney U Test.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis variabel pengetahuan diperoleh Probability Value sebesar 0,580, sehingga H0 diterima. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada siswa SMK Kesehatan Bakti Nusantara Gorontalo dan siswa SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo. Sedangkan hasil analisis variabel sikap diperoleh Probability Value sebesar 0,479, sehingga H0 diterima. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada siswa SMK Kesehatan Bakti Nusantara Gorontalo dan siswa SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo.
Saran bagi pelaksana pendidikan formal sebaiknya memaksimalkan kader siswa yang tergabung dalam organisai di sekolah (PIK-KRR), sehingga informasi kesehatan reproduksi mudah diterima siswa. Serta para siswa kiranya dapat ikut berpartisipasi atau mengaktifkan diri dalam kegiatan keagamaan, mengontrol diri dalam bergaul di sekolah maupun diluar sekolah.

Abstract
Reproduction health is an essential element of public health, both men and women. Problem statement in this research is to know whether there is difference of knowledge and attitude about reproduction health between students in vocational school health of Bakti Nusantara Gorontalo and students of state High School 3 Gorontalo. This research aims to determine difference of knowledge and attitude about reproduction health on both schools.
This research use analytical survey followed with quantitave approach. Samples from both schools were 252 respondents, taken by proportional stratified random sampling. Univariate analysis of variable knowledge and attitude use Mann Whitney U test.
Based on the result of the analysis, knowledge variable obtained probability value as 0,580, so H0 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is no difference in knowledge about reproduction health between students in Vocational School Health Of Bakti Nusantara Gorontalo and students of State High School 3 Gorontalo. While the result of attitude variable analisys obtained probability value as 0,47, so H0 is accepted. So it can be concluded there is no difference attitude about reproduction health between students in Vocational School Health of Bakti Nusantara Gorontalo and students of State High School 3 Gorontalo.
Suggestions for formal education implementers, it better maximizes the cadres of students who are members of the organization in the school (PIK-KRR), so that reproduction health information is easily accepted by students. As well as students are required to participate and be active in religious activities, control themselves in the school and outside school.
