Pengaruh Status Ekonomi dan Pengetahuan Terhadap Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat Pada Tatanan Rumah Tangga Masyarakat Di Daerah Pesisir Pantai Deme II Kecamatan Sumalata Timur Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Menurut EHRA Gorut (2016), Masyarakat Gorontalo Utara masih tergolong masyarakat yang memiliki status ekonomi rendah. Selain itu, tingkat pengetahuan yang masih sangat rendah dalam memahami PHBS dalam diri masyarakat.
Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui adanya Pengaruh Status Ekonomi dan Pengetahuan Terhadap Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat Pada Tatanan Rumah Tangga Masyarakat Di Daerah Pesisir Desa Deme II Kecamatan Sumalata Timur Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara.
Jenis penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Variabel independen adalah status ekonomi dan pengetahuan, variabel dependen adalah Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) tatanan rumah tangga. Populasi adalah kepala rumah tangga sebanyak 548 jiwa. Sampel sebanyak 231 orang dengan rumus slovin dan teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji statistik Regresi Liner
Hasil Penelitian: Pada masyarakat pesisir desa Deme II Kecamatan Sumalata Timur Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara sebagian besar menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dengan baik (55,8%). Status ekonomi (nilai 0,000, R = 0,306, R Square = 0,093)dan pengetahuan (nilai 0,000, R = 0,418, R Square = 0,175) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) pada Tatanan Rumah Tangga masyarakat pesisir Desa Deme II Kecamatan Sumalata Timur, Gorontalo Utara. status ekonomi berpengaruh sebesar 9,3% dan pengetahuan berpengaruh sebesar 17,5%.
Disarankan kepada masyarakat untuk menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) dalam tatanan rumah tangga sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup dan derajat kesehatan masyarakat luas pada umumnya dan keluarga pada khususnya.

According to EHRA Gorut (2016), Gorontalo Utara Society is still classified as a society with low economic status. Also, the level of knowledge is also extremely low in understanding PHBS in the community.
The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of economic and knowledge status on clean and healthy living behavior at the community household in coastal areas of Deme II Village, Sumalata Timur District, Gorontalo Utara Regency.
This analytic observational research employed a cross-sectional study approach. Independent variables were economic status and knowledge; the dependent variables were Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) of the household. The population was 548 household members. The sample was 231 people with Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out in univariate and bivariate ways. The test used was the Linear Regression statistical test.
Research Results: In the coastal community of Deme II village, Sumalata Timur District, Gorontalo Utara Regency, most of them applied clean and healthy living behavior (55.8%). Economic status (value 0,000, R = 0,306, R Square = 0,093) and knowledge (value 0,000, R = 0,418, R Square = 0,175) have a significant effect on clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in the household of the coastal community area. Influential economic status is 9.3%, and important knowledge is 17.5%.
It is suggested to the community to implement clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) therefore, in the household it can improve the standard of living and health of community in general and families in particular.
