Kanker mulut rahim atau disebut juga kanker serviks merupakan suatu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh HPV atau Human Papilloma Virus onkogenik, mempunyai prosentase yang cukup tinggi dalam menyebabkan kanker serviks, yaitu sekitar 99,7%. Kanker serviks merupakan kasus kanker terbanyak kedua pada wanita di seluruh dunia. Setiap tahun lebih dari 270.000 wanita meninggal karena kanker serviks, dan lebih dari 85% terjadi di negara- negara berkembang. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah dukungan keluarga dan informasi kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap deteksi dini kanker serviks Di Puskesmas Bulango Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan keluarga dan informasi kesehatan terhadap deteksi dini kanker serviks Di Puskesmas Bulango Utara.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan Case Control. Populasi terdiri dari populasi kasus sebanyak 20 dan populasi kontrol 1308, sampel penelitian kelompok kasus 15 dan kelompok kontrol 135. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Fisher Exact..
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap deteksi dini kanker serviks (P=0,004), ada pengaruh informasi kesehatan terhadap deteksi dini kanker serviks (P=0,000). Disarankan masyarakat agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang deteksi dini kanker serviks, kemudian petugas promosi kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas memberikan penyuluhan kepada semua lapisan masyarakat.

Cervical cancer is a disease which caused by HPV or Human Papilloma Virus, which also has a relatively high percentage in generating cervical cancer, about 99.7%. Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer cases experienced by women around the world. Every year more than 270,000 women die of cervical cancer, and more than 85% occur in the developing countries. The problem statement of this research is whether the family support and health information have an effect on early detection of cervical cancer at Community Health Center of Bulango Utara. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of family support and health information on early detection of cervical cancer at Community Health Center of Bulango Utara.
This analytic observational research employed Case-Control design which its population consisted of case population is 20 and a control population of 1308, a case study sample is 15 and a control group is135. Moreover, the data analysis technique used the Fisher Exact test.
The results showed that there is an influence of family support to early detection of cervical cancer (P = 0,004), as well as of health information to early detection of cervical cancer (P = 0,000). Hence, it is suggested that the community health center can improve the knowledge regarding the early detection of cervical cancer by providing counseling to the community.
