Abstract

Cinly Novita H. Mokodongan, 811414039, 2018. Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) Menggunakan Alat Kontrasepsi Di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bulango Timur. Kontrasepsi adalah upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya kehamilan, upaya ini dapat bersifat sementara maupun bersifat permanen. Macam-macam alat kontrasepsi yaitu Suntikan, Implant, Kondom, Alat kontrasepsi dalam rahim Vasektomi dan Tubektomi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pasangan usia subur (PUS) menggunakan alat kontrasepsi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bulango Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat kontrasepsi ditinjau dari beberapa faktor yaitu faktor ekonomi,dukungan suami, pengetahuan, dan efek samping.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan case control. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 997 yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bulango Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perbandingan 1:7 yaitu dengan kelompok case diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan besar sampel 19 responden, dan untuk control menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan besar sampel 133 responden. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan Uji Fisher Exact dan Kolmogorov Smirnov.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap penggunaan alat kontrasepsi adalah pengetahuan (= 0.008), dan faktor yang tidak memiliki pengaruh tehadap pemilihan alat kontrasepsi adalah faktor ekonomi (=0.055), faktor dukungan suami (=0.744), faktor efek samping (=0.598). Saran Bagi masyarakat diharapkan dapat menggunakan kontrasepsi sebagai salah satu pilihan untuk membantu program pemerintah dalam upaya menurunkan angka peningkatan jumlah penduduk.

Contraception is an attempt to prevent pregnancy; this effort can be temporary or permanent. There are various kinds of contraception namely Injections, Implants, Condoms, Contraception the uterus Vasectomy and Tubectomy. The problem statement of this research is whether or not the factors that influence the fertile young age couple (EFA) using contraception in the working area of Community Health Center Bulango Timur. This study aims to determine the effect of contraception use regarding several factors, namely economic factors, husband support, knowledge, and side effects.
The type of this research was observational analytics by employing case-control approach. The population of this study amounted to 997 residents in the working area of Community Health Center Bulango Timur. The sample in this study used a ratio of 1: 7 with the case group taken using total sampling technique with a large sample of 19 respondents, and for control engaging simple random sampling technique with a large sample of 133 respondents. Data were analyzed by applying the Fisher Exact Test and Kolmogorov Smirnov techniques.
The results indicate that the factors that have influence on the use of contraception are knowledge ( = 0.008), and the factors that have no influence on the choice of contraception are economic factor ( = 0.055), husband support factor ( = 0.744), and side effect factor ( = 0.598). Suggestions for the community, it is expected that they can use contraception as an option to assist government programs in reducing the number of population increase.
