Abstract
ABSTRAK Apriliya Riska Astuti Datau. 811416015. Analisis Kebiasaan Konsumsi Fast Food Dan Jumlah Uang Saku Terhadap Kejadian Obesitas Pada Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. Skripsi. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Faktor yang dapat menyebabkan seseorang menderita obesitas yaitu faktor genetik, kebiasaan makan yang salah, kurangnya melakukan aktivitas fisik, dan faktor pemicu lainnya. Berdasarkan Riskesdas 2018 di Indonesia prevalensi obesitas sentral pada dewasa umur 15 tahun sebesar 31%. Di Provinsi Gorontalo prevalensi obesitas sentral pada dewasa umur 15 tahun sebesar 36,6%. Rumusan masalah apakah kebiasaan konsumsi fast food dan jumlah uang saku berisiko terhadap kejadian obesitas pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis kebiasaan konsumsi fast food dan jumlah uang saku pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. Penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi yaitu siswa SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo dengan penetuan sampel menggunakan formula Lameshow dengan 136 responden. Analisis data menggunakan odds ratio. Hasil penelitian uji odds ratio menunjukkan nilai OR > 1, siswa yang mengkonsumsi fast food sering berisiko 23 kali lipat mengalami obesitas dibandingkan siswa yang mengkonsumsi fast food kadang-kadang. Jumlah uang saku yang diperoleh nilai OR > 1, siswa yang memperoleh uang saku tinggi akan berisiko 10 kali lipat mengalami obesitas dibandingkan siswa yang memperoleh jumlah uang saku rendah. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa kebiasaan konsumsi fast food dan jumlah uang saku beresiko terhadap kejadian obesitas pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. Bagi siswa disarankan agar dapat memperhatikan kandungan gizi pada setiap makanan yang akan dibeli dan dikonsumsi. Departement of Public Health, Faculty of Sports and Health, State University og Gorontalo. Factors which lead people to suffer from obesity are genetic, bad eating habits, lack of physical activity, and other trigger factors. According to Riskesdas ( Basic Health Research) in 2018, the prevalence of central obesity in Indonesia at adult aged 15 years was 31% while in Gorontalo Province was 36,6%. The problem statement of this research was whether or not fast food habit and amount of pocket money were at risk on the prevalence of obesity at student at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. The research applied analytical survey research with case control approach. The research population was student at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo in which its samples were determined by employing Lameshow formula with 136 respondents. Data analysis used the odds ratio. Finding of research using odds ratio test indicated that the value of OR > 1 or students who consumed fast food frequently were 23 times at risk of suffering from obesity compared to students who did it irregularty. In addition, the amount of pocket money received by students showed value og OR > 1 or students who received a higher amount of pocket money were 10 times at risk of suffering from obesity compared to students who received it in alower amount. To conclude, the fast food habit and amount of pocket money, were at risk on the prevalence of pay attention to nutrient intake in every food bought and consumed.
