Abstract
ABSTRAK Moh Dwi Reza Hemeto, 811417018. 2022. Faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango . Skripsi, Pembimbing I Dr. Sylva Flora Ninta Tarigan, SH., M.Kes., Dan Pembimbing II Lia Amalia, S.KM, M. Kes. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Permasalahan kinerja menjadi faktor penting, berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan Puskesmas dalam program-program yang ada di Puskesmas agar mencapai hasil yang baik. Rumusan masalah faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kinerja pegawai di puskesmas kabila kabupaten bone bolango. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi, disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan, pemberian insentif, fasilitas kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di puskesmas Kabila. Jenis penelitian observasi analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan uji sperman non paramtrik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai puskesmas yaitu 34 pegawai ASN Di Puskesmas Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Hasil penelitian variable independen dengan kinerja pegawai puskesmas kabila, untuk motivasi nilai p-value 0,043 ABSTRACT Moh Dwi Re. Hemet°, 811417018. 2022. The performance problem is an important factor because it affects the success of the Puskesmas existing programs to achieve good results. The problem statement is "what factors are related to the employe.' performance at Puskcsmas Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency-. This study aims to know the relationship between motivation, work discipline, leadership, incentives, work facilities, and employees' perthrrnance at Puskcsmas Kabila. This is a quantitative analytic observational study with a non-parametric spearman test design. The sample is all employees at Puskesmas Kabila, totaling 34 ASN (State Civil Apparatus) employe.. The finding on the independent variable with the Puskesmas employees' performance shows that motivation obtains a p-value of 0.043 (
