Abstract
Abstrak Ramdan Patuma. 2022. Gambaran Kelelahan Kerja Perawat Di Ruangan Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD Otanaha Kota Gorontalo. Skripsi, Program Studi S1 Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga Dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Dr. Lintje Boekoesoe, M.Kes Dan Pembimbing II Dr. Laksmyn Kadir, M.Kes. Kelelahan merupakan mekanisme perlindungan tubuh agar terhindar dari kerusakan lebih lanjut. Kelelahan dapat ditandai dengan adanya penurunan kesiagaan dalam bekerja dan perasaan lelah yang merupakan gejala subyektif. Kelelahan adalah gejala nonspesifik yang memiliki banyak kemungkinan penyebab. Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kelelahan kerja perawat di ruangan instalasi bedah sentral di Rumah Sakit Otanaha Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 10 responden. Analisis data univariat bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran atau distribusi responden pada variabel yang diteliti. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan penyebab lama kerja dilihat dengan tingginya jumlah responden dikarenakan mempunyai lama kerja lebih 7-8 jam per hari, dan secara full time perawat di ruangan Instalasi Bedah Sentral bekerja full time, dan kadar Hb perawat dapat dilihat dari 10 responden ada responden yang kadar HB nya tidak normal berjumlah 6 responden sedangkan yang kadar HB nya normal berjumlah 4 responden, hal ini dapat mempengaruhi adanya kelelahan kerja perawat di ruangan instalasi bedah sentral RSUD Otanaha kota gorontalo. Maka disimpulkan penelitian ini gambaran kelelahan kerja perawat di ruangan instalasi bedah sentral rumah sakit otanaha kota gorontalo memiliki lama kerja melebihi SOP yang ada sehingga ada beberaapa perawat memiliki kadar Hb yang tidak normal. The principal supervisor is Dr. Lintje Boekoesoe, M.kes. and the Co-supervisor is Dr. Laksmyn Kadir, M.kes. Fatigue is the body�s protective mechanism to avoid further damage where it can be charachterized by a decrease in alertness at work and a feeling of tiredness which is a subjective symptom. Fatigue is a nonspecific symptom that has many possible causes. This current research aims to describe the work fatigue of nurses in the central surgical installation room at Otanaha Hospital, Gorontalo city. The research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and involves 10 respondents in the samples. The research applies univariate data analysis which aims to observe the overview or distribution of respondents on the variabels studied. The research findings indicate that the cause of work fatigue is long working hours, as it is noticeable from the high number of respondents who have more than 7-8 hours of work per day, and even full-time nurses in the central surgical installation room have worked full time nurses in the central surgical installation room have worked full time. In the meantime, in relation to nurses� HB level, 6 repondents out of 10 have an abnormal HB while the rest 4 respondents have a normal one. In this case, such a condition can cause work fatigue in nurses in the central surgical installation room at otanaha hospital gorontalo city. To conclude, the research describes the work fatigue of nurses in the central surgical installation room, otanaha hospital, gorontalo city that is caused by a long working hour that exceeds the existing SOP so that some nurses have an abnormal level Hb.
