Abstract
Dermatitis kontak alergi yaitu penyakit yang timbul akibat terjadinya reaksi hipersentivitas tipe lambat atau tipe IV terhadap suatu alergen eksternal. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya dermatitis kontak alergi adalah faktor lingkungan meliputi sumber air, suhu dan kelembaban, faktor perilaku berupa penggunaan alat pelindung diri, dan faktor genetik berupa riwayat alergi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak alergi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Toto Utara.
Jenis penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden yang didiagnosis dokter penyakit dermatitis kontak alergi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Toto Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling.
Hasil analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji Chi-square menunjukkan ada hubungan sumber air (p=0,043), kelembaban (p=0,031), penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) (p=0,027), riwayat alergi (p=0,035) dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak alergi dan tidak ada hubungan suhu (p=0,560) dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak alergi. Saran bagi petugas kesehatan agar dapat memberikan penyuluhan untuk masyarakat di Puskesmas Toto Utara tentang penyakit dermatitis kontak alergi.

Allergic contact dermatitis is a disease that arises as a result of delayed-type or type IV hypersensitivity reaction to an external allergen. Factors that can influence the occurrence of allergic contact dermatitis are environmental factors, including water sources, temperature, and humidity, behavioral factors such as the use of personal protective eguipment, and genetic factors such as a history of allergies. This Study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of allergic contact dermatitis in the working area of the Public Health Center in Toto Utara.
This study is an analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design. The sample amounted to 60 respondents who are diagnosed by doctors with allergic contact dermatitis in the working area of the Public Health Center in Toto Utara. The sampling applies Total Sampling.
The results of data analysis using the Chi-Sguare shows that there is a relationship between water sources (p-0,043), humidity (p-0,031), the use of personal protective eguipment (PPE) (p-0,027), history of allergies (p=0,035) with the incidence of dermatitis contact allergy, and there is no correlation between temperature (p=0,560) with the incidence of allergic contact dermatitis. Furthermore, It Is suggested that health workers can provide counseling for the community at the Public Health Center in Toto Utara regarding allergic contact dermatitis.
