Abstract
Hipertensi adalah peningkatan tekakan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg pada dua kali pengukuran dengan selang waktu lima menit dalam keadaan cukup istirahat. Rumusan masalah apakah faktor risiko kejadian hipertensi pada ibu rumah tangga usia produktif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kabila. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian hipertensi pada ibu rumah tangga usia produktif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kabila. Penelitian survei analitik, dengan desain penelitian case control. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 144 responden terdiri dari sampel kasus sebanyak 24 responden dan sampel kontrol sebanyak 120 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan odds ratio. Hasil penelitian riwayat keluarga (OR = 1,406) responden yang memiliki riwayat keluarga 1,406 kali berisiko terkena hipertensi dibandingkan yang tidak memiliki riwayat keluarga, aktifitas fisik (OR = 2,200) responden yang kurang melakukan aktifitas fisik 2,200 kali berisiko terkena hipertensi dibandingkan dengan yang sering melakukan aktifitas fisik, konsumsi garam (OR = 1,478) responden yang mengkonsumsi garam secara berlebihan berisiko terkena hipertensi dibandingkan dengan yang kurang mengkonsumsi garam,obesitas (OR = 1,149) responden yang obesitas 1,149 berisiko terkena hipertensi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak obesitas. Kesimpulan yaitu riwayat keluarga, aktifitas fisik, konsumsi garam, dan obesitas merupakan faktor risiko kejadian hipertensi di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kabila. Saran untuk Puskesmas memberikan informasi dan edukasi kepada ibu rumah tangga yang menderita hipertensi untuk rajin melakukan kontrol tekanan darah secara aktif dan rutin, serta meningkatkan kesadaran untuk menjaga pola hidup yang sehat. The sample amounted to 144 respondents consisting of a case sample of 24 respondents and a control sample of 120 respondents. The sampling applies purposive sampling. However, the data analysis uses an odds ratio. The results of family history (OR = 1,406) respondents who have a family history are 1,406 times at risk of developing hypertension compared to those who do not have a family history, physical activity (OR = 2,200) respondents who do not do physical activity are 2,200 times at risk of developing hypertension compared to those who often do physical activity, salt consumption (OR = 1,478) respondents who Often consume excessive salt are at risk of developing hypertension compared to those who consume less salt, obesity (OR = 1,149) respondents who are obese are 1,149 times at risk of developing hypertension compared to those who are not. It is concluded that family history, physical activity, salt consumption, and obesity are risk factors for hypertension in the working area of the Public Health Center in Kabila. It is suggested to Public Health Center to provide information and education to housewives who suffer from hypertension to control blood pressure actively and routinely, as well as increasing awareness to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
