Sri Maya Wonggole, 811417144. 2021. Hubungan Pengetahuan Masyarakat Dengan Tingkat Kepatuhan Dalam Penerapan Konsep 3M Di Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) keluarga besar virus yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit pada hewan maupun manusia yang disebabkan oleh SARS-CoV-2 atau (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2). SARS-CoV-2 dapat menyebabkan penyakit pernafasan menular yang berat. Menurut Kemenkes, menyatakan bahwa jumlah kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia yaitu 1.414.741 kasus yang terkontaminasi oleh virus Covid-19, kasus aktif dengan jumlah 138.942 kasus, sembuh dengan jumlah 1.237.470 kasus, meninggal dengan jumlah 38.329 kasus (Kemenkes, 2021). Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yakni apakah ada hubungan pengetahuan masyarakat dengan tingkat kepatuhan dalam penerapan konsep 3M di Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo?. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan masyarakat dengan tingkat dalam penerapan konsep 3M di Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Jenis penelitian adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study. Total sampel 389 responden yang ada pada saat penelitian. instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Korelasi Rank Spearman.
Berdasarkan analisis data Uji Korelasi Rank Spearman terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat dengan tingkat kepatuhan penerapan konsep 3M di Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,022 < ������± 0,05 sehingga H0 di tolak.
Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Tingkat Kepatuhan Penerapan Konsep 3M.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a large family of viruses that can cause disease in animals and humans caused by SARS-CoV-2 or Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2. SARS CoV-2 can cause severe infectious respiratory illness. According to the Ministry of Health, the number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia reached 1.414.741 with 138,942 active cases, 1.237.470 recovered cases, and 38.329 deaths (Ministry of Health, 2021). The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between public knowledge and the level of compliance in applying the 3M concept in Limboto Sub-district, Gorontalo District?. This study aimed to determine the relationship between public knowledge and compliance in applying the concept in Limboto Sub-district, Gorontalo District.
The type of this study is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The total sample in this study was 389 respondents. The instruments used were questinnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through Spearman Rank Correlation Test.
The Spearman Rank Correlation Test showed a relationship between the level of public knowledge and the level of compliance of the 3M concept application in Limboto Sub-district, Gorontalo District, with a p-value of 0.022
