Ocha Suharti S. Ibrahim, 811418019. Pengaruh Pelayanan Post Natal Care (PNC) Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Ibu Pasca Persalinan (Post Partum) Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. Skripsi. Pembimbing I Dr. Sylva Flora Ninta Tarigan S.H., M.Kes dan Pembimbing II Ramli Abudi S.Psi., M.Kes Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Pelayanan Post Natal Care adalah pelayanan kesehatan sesuai standar yang diberikan oleh tenaga kesehatan kepada ibu nifas mulai dari 6 jam sampai 42 hari setelah melahirkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan Post Natal Care (PNC) terhadap tingkat kepuasan ibu pasca persalinan (Postpartum) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo Tahun Akademik 2021/2022.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian yakni semua ibu nifas yang pernah memanfaatkan pelayanan Post Natal Care dari bulan Desember 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022 dengan jumlah 97 orang. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Chi-Square.
Hasil uji statistik berdasarkan Nilai p-value variable pelayanan Post Natal Care (PNC) sebesar 0,000 yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh pelayanan Post Natal Care terhadap tingkat kepuasan ibu pasca persalinan (post partum).
Simpulan bahwa sebagian besar responden adalah ibu rumah tangga (IRT) dengan rentang umur 26-35 tahun sedangkan status pendidikan terakhir paling banyak SMA sederajat. Skor indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM) dalam pelayanan sebesar 68,47% yang berada pada mutu baik. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pelayanan PNC di Puskesmas Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo cenderung merasakan kepuasan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Dianjurkan untuk ibu nifas dapat memanfaatkan pelayanan Post Natal Care (PNC) sehingga proses involusi dapat berjalan dengan lancer tanpa adanya komplikasi masa nifas.

Abstract
Post natal care service is a health service, according to standards, provided by health workerers to postpartum mothers starting from 6 hours to 42 days after giving birth. This study aims to know the effect of Post Natal Care (PNC) service on the level of satisfaction of postpartum mothers in the working area of Puskesmas Kota Tengah, Gorontalo City.
This is a quantitative study using cross-sectional approach. This study uses a total sampling technique, so the respondents are 97 postpartum mothers who have ever taken adventage of Post Natal Care service form Desember 2021 to January 2022. The statistical used in this study is the Chi-Square test.
The result of the statistical test obtains a p-value of the Post Natal Care (PNC) variable of 0,000, meaning that there is an effect of Post Natal Care service on the satisfaction level of post partum mothers.
Thus, is it concluded that most of the respondents are housewives (IRT) with an age range of 26-35 years, while the most educational status is graduates of high school or equivalent. The score of community satisfaction index (IKM) in service is 68,47% which includes in good quality. This shows that respondents tend to fill satisfaction with the PNC service provided at puskesmas Kota Tengah Gorontalo City. So, it is recommended for postpartum mothers to take adventage of Post Natal Care (PNC) service so that involution process can run well without complications during postpartum.
