Bed Occupancy Ratio (BOR) merupakan presentase pemanfaatan tempat
tidur pada satuan waktu tertentu. Indikator ini memberikan gambaran tinggi
rendahnya tingkat pemanfaatan tempat tidur rumah sakit. Indikator BOR RSUD
dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki pada tahun 2021 sebesar 2,27%, capaian BOR RSUD dr.
Zainal Umar Sidiki belum mencapai standar Depkes RI yaitu 70-80%. Rumusan
masalah adalah bagaimana gambaran faktor efisiensi nilai bed occupancy ratio
(BOR) di ruang rawat inap RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki Kabupaten Gorontalo
Utara. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor efisiensi nilai bed
occupancy ratio (BOR) di ruang rawat inap RSUD dr Zainal Umar Sidiki
Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini
adalah seluruh pasien rawat inap RSUD dr Zainal Umar Sidiki sepanjang bulan
September - Oktober tahun 2022 yang berjumlah 155 orang. Teknik pengambilan
sampel adalah Purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dengan cara analisis
univariat.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor efisiensi nilai BOR di ruang
rawat inap RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki masih rendah dilihat dari sarana umum
dan sarana medis masih banyak pasien merasa tidak puas. Saran Bagi RSUD dr.
Zainal Umar Sidiki Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Diharapkan perlu perbaikan
sarana dan prasarana untuk melakukan perbaikan terhadap wastafel yang sudah
rusak, menambahkan kursi pengunjung pasien, dan bagi petugas medis dan
paramedic agar dapat meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien
serta lebih meningkatkan keramahan terhadap pasien RSUD dr. Zainal Umar
Sidiki.

Bed Occupancy Ratio (BOR) is the percentage of bed utilization at a certain time. This indicator provides an overview of hospital beds������ high and low utilization rates. BOR indicator of RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki in 2021 is 2,27%. The accomplishment of BOR at dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki Regional Public Hospital has not yet reached the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia standard of 70-80%. The problem statement is how is the description of the efficiency factor of the bed occupancy ratio (BOR) value in the inpatient room at RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki, Gorontalo Utara Regency. This study aims to describe the efficiency factor of the bed occupancy ratio (BOR) value in the inpatient room at dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki Regional Public Hospital, Gorontalo Utara Regency.
This research uses a descriptive method. The population is inpatients at RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki from September to October 2022, totaling 155 people. The sampling technique applies purposive sampling. Data analysis uses univariate analysis.
The findings show the BOR value������s efficiency factor in the inpatient room at RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki is still low in terms of public facilities and medical facilities, many patiens feel dissatisfied. Thus, it is suggested that RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki, Gorontalo Utara Regency, to repair facilities and infrastructure such as damaged sinks, add patient visitor chairs and for medical and paramedic staff so that they can improve the quality of service to patients and further improve hospitality to patient at RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki.
