Abstrak
Rekam medis berbasis elektronik selain digunakan untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah puskesmas dan penyedia layanan kesehatan lainnya. Tujuan Penelitian meningkatkan optimalisasi pelayanan pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Bilato Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan design Program Visual Basic Application (VBA).
Menggunakan metode Waterfall pada tahapan Software Development Life Cicle (SDLC) meliptuti : analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, koding, dan ujicoba aplikasi. Populasi tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Bilato dengan total sampling berjumlah 29 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara, data dianalisis menggunakan System Scale Usability (SUS) dan Efficiency selanjutnya dinarasikan.
Hasil Penelitian kebutuhan fitur aplikasi terdiri dari login, data pasien, dokter dan rekam medis, tahapan design menggunakan flowchart. Tahapan coding menggunakan program Microsoft Excel Visual Basic Application pada menu tools developer. Perhitungan yang diperoleh rata-rata skor SUS 72,9 dan response time untuk menu yang ada di aplikasi rata-rata 2-5 second.
Simpulan rata-rata skor SUS 72,9 termasuk pada kategori acceptable, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat diterima oleh pengguna akhir dengan baik dari aspek usability. Aspek efficiency aplikasi dengan response time 2-5 seconds mendapatkan rating Good dan telah memenuhi aspek efficiency. Disarankan, menggunakan sistem keamanan yang lebih baik dan terkontrol, dapat mengembangkan aplikasi ini menjadi web based application.
Abstract
Electronic-based medical records, apart from being used to improve the quality of health services, are also expected to be able to overcome the problems of Puskesmas and other health service providers. This study aims to improve outpatient services at Puskesmas Bilato, Gorontalo Regency, by designing a Visual Basic Application (VBA) program.
This study uses the Waterfall method on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including: needs analysis, design, coding, and application testing. The population is all health workers at Puskesmas Bilato, with the total sampling is 29 people. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and interviews, in which the data are analyzed by using System Scale Usability (SUS) and Efficiency.
The finding shows that the application feature needs consist of logins, patient data, doctors, and medical records. The designing process uses a flowchart. The coding process uses the Microsoft Excel Visual Basic Application program on the developer tools menu. The calculation shows an average SUS score of 72.9, and the average response time for the menu in the application is 2-5 seconds.
In conclusion, the average score of SUS is 72.9 and is included in the acceptable category. This shows that the application can be well accepted by end users from the usability aspect. The efficiency aspect of the application with a response time of 2-5 seconds includes in "good" rating and has met the efficiency aspect. Thus, it is recommended to use a better and more controlled security system and develop this application into a web-based application.
