Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Promotif Dan Preventif Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Pada Penyakit Hipertensi Dalam Pencapaian Cakupan Program Puskesmas Kota Barat Kota Gorontalo. Skripsi. Pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat merupakan hal yang paling penting dalam setiap kehidupan manusia, yang merupakan hak dasar yang tidak bisa diganggu gugat dalam keadaan apapun. Namun dalam kenyataanya banyak kita temukan penyakit penyakit yang bukan hal biasa lagi, terlebih sekarang ini masyarakat kurang peduli dengan bagaimana mencegah penyakit dibandingkan mengobati penyakit yang telah diderita. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelayanan promotif dan preventif pada Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) penyakit Hipertensi di Puskesmas Kota Barat, Kota Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Adapun informan yang digunakan diantaranya yaitu informan kunci kepala puskesmas, informan utama penanggung jawab bidang promosi kesesehatan, bidang prolanis dan bidang penyakit hipertensi sedangkan informan pendukung pasien hipertensi di wilayah Puskesmas Kota Barat. Analisis data menggunakan analisis naratif. Hasil penelitian cakupan program promotif dan preventif pada penyakit hipertensi pada program promosi kesesehatan tercapai 70%, program prolanis mencapai target 50% dan program pada penyakit hipertensi tercapai 50% dan secara keseluruhan program promotif dan preventif pada jaminan kesehatan nasional pada penyakit hipertensi tercapai 60% di Puskesmas Kota Barat, Kota Gorontalo tahun 2021. Pelayanan promotif dan preventif Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) pada penyakit hipertensi dalam pencapaian cakupan program Puskesmas Kota Barat baik pelayanan esensial dan pelayanan pada penyakit hipertensi tercapai 60% dari target yang sudah di programkan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan promotif dan preventif sudah cukup baik namun perlu upaya peningkatan dan pemaksimalan pelaksanaan program promotif dan preventif di Puskesmas Kota Barat Kota Gorontalo.

Public health service is one important thing in every human life because it is a basic right that cannot be contested under any circumstances. But in fact, getting sick is a common thing, especially nowadays people are less concerned with how to prevent disease than with treating the disease that has been suffered. This is a qualitative study which aims to know the implementation of promotive and preventive services on the National health Insurance (JKN) for hypertension at puskesmas Kota Barat, Gorontalo City.
The key respondent in this study is the head of the puskesmas the main respondents are people in charge of health promotion, prolanis, and hypertension. While, the supporting respondents are hypertension patients in the Puskesmas Kota Barat area. The data analysis technique uses narative analysis.
The finding shows that the achievement of promotive and preventive programs for hypertension in the health promotion program is 70%, prolanis program is 50%, and hypertension program is 50%. Overall, the achievement of promotive and preventive programs on National Insurance for hypertension is 60% at Puskesmas Kota Barat, Gorontalo City, 2021.
Promotive and preventive services on the National Health Insurance (JKN) for hypertension in the achievement of program scope of Puskesmas Kota Barat, both essential services and hypertension services, are 60% of the target programmed. This proves that the implementation of promotive and preventive services is quite good. Howewer, it iss still needed to improve and maximize implementation of promotive and preventive programs at Puskesmas Kota Barat, Gorontalo City.
