Vaksinasi Coronavirus Diasease 19 (COVID-19) bertujuan untuk mengurangi transmisi/penularan COVID-19, menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat COVID-19, mencapai kekebalan kelompok di masyarakat (Herd Immunity) dan melindungi masyarakat dari penularan Coronavirus Diasease 2019 (COVID-19). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan penolakan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada umur 18-59 tahun di kelurahan paguyaman kecamatan kota tengah.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi seluruh jumlah sasaran orang yang wajib divaksin COVID-19 umur 18-59 tahun, sampel yaitu 190 orang pada umur 18-59 tahun yang wajib vaksin dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square.
Hasil analisis, untuk umur p-value 0,001 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± < 0,05), jenis kelamin p-value 1,000 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± > 0,05), pendidikan terakhir p-value 0,143 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± > 0,05), pekerjaan p-value 0,829 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± > 0,05), riwayat penyakit tidak menular p-value 0,000 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± < 0,05), pengetahuan p-value 0,000 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± < 0,05), sikap p-value 0,000 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± < 0,05), dan kecemasan p-value 0,060 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± > 0,05). Faktor yang berhubungan dengan penolakan vaksinasi COVID-19 adalah umur, riwayat penyakit tidak menular, pengetahuan, dan sikap. Diharapkan kepada pihak kelurahan paguyaman untuk tetap memberikan edukasi tentang vaksinasi COVID-19 kepada masyarakat sehingga bersedia untuk divaksin COVID-19.

The Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) vaccination aims to reduce the transmission/infection of COVID-19, decline morbidity due to COVID-19, achieve herd immunity, and protect the public from the transmission of the Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19). Thus, the study aims to identify the factors associated with the rejection of COVID-19 vaccination in people aged 18-59 years in Paguyaman Village, Kota Tengah Subdistrict.
Moreover, this research applies a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population is all targeted people aged 18-59 years who must be vaccinated against COVID-19, while research samples are 190 people aged 18-59 years who are required to be vaccinated taken by simple random sampling. Besides, the data analysis is done by employing a chi-square test.
The data analysis denotes that age obtains a p-value of 0.001 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± < 0.05), gender obtains a p-value of 1.000 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± > 0.05), last education obtains a p-value of 0.143 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± > 0.05), occupation obtains a p-value of 0.829 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± > 0.05), history of non-communicable diseases gains p-value 0.000 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± < 0.05), knowledge gains a p-value of 0.000 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± < 0.05), attitude gains a p-value of 0.000 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± < 0.05), and anxiety gains a p-value of 0.060 (����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������± > 0.05). It can be concluced that factors associated with rejection of COVID-19 vaccination are age, history of non-communicable diseases, knowledge, and attitude. As a recommendation, the Paguyaman village is expected to continuously provide education about COVID-19 vaccination to the public so that they are willing to get the COVID-19 vaccines.
