Pembimbinng I Dr. Lintje Boekoesoe, M.Kes dan Pembimbing II Dr. Laksmyn Kadir, S.Pd., M.Kes. Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work-life belance) adalah kemampuan untuk menyeimbangkan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dengan kebutuhan pribadi dan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan work-life balance dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai baik dari segi keseimbangan waktu, keseimbangan keterlibatan dan keseimbangan kepuasan dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Dinas PM-ESDM dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Gorontalo. Jenis Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai PNS dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling dengan 96 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan keseimbangan waktu dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan nilai p value 0,011, ada hubungan keseimbangan keterlibatan dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan p value 0,046, dan ada hubungan keseimbangan kepuasan dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan p value 0,027. Dengan demikian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan Work-life balance dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Dinas PM-ESDM dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Gorontalo yang berarti semakin baik work-life balance pada pegawai maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Department of Public Health, Faculty of Sports and Health, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Work-life balance is the ability to balance the demands of work with personal and family needs. This study aims to know the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction of employee in terms of time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance with job satisfaction of employees at the Office of Investment, Energy and Mineral Resources, and Transmigration of Gorontalo Province. This is a quantitative study using an analytical observational design with a cross sectional approach. The population is all civil servant employees while the sample is 96 respondents, taken by using total sampling technique. The data are collected by using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis technique uses chi square test assisted with SPSS. The findings show that there is a relationship between time balance and job satisfaction of employee with a p value of 0.011, there is a relationship between involvement balance and job satisfaction of employee with a p value of 0.046, and there is a relationship between satisfaction balance and job satisfaction of employee with a p value of 0.027. Thus, it is concluded that there is a relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction of employees at the Office of Investment. Energy and Mineral Resources, and Transmigration of Gorontalo Province, which means that the better the work-life balance for employees, the higher job satisfaction.
