Abstract
ABSTRAK
Kejadian dermatitis dipengaruhi oleh factor langsung (ukuran molekul, daya larut dan konsentrasi) dan tidak langsung (suhu, kelembaban, masa kerja, usia, jenis kelamin, ras, riwayat penyakit sebelumnya, personal hygiene dan penggunaan APD) dan lama kontak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan personal hygiene dan sanitasi lingkungan dengan kejadian dermatitis di Pondok Pesantren Sabrun Jamil Kabupaten Bone Bolango.
Jenis penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu 77 santri. Data diperoleh melalui data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square dengan nilai alpha 0,005.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh dimana pada variabel sanitasi dasar terdiri atas sarana air bersih dengan nilai p = 0,000, sarana jamban sehat dengan nilai p = 0,560, pembuangan sampah dengan nilai p = 0,004. Serta sarana Pembuangan air limbah nilai p = 0,00 personal hygiene terdiri atas kebersihan kulit dengan nilai p = 0,027, kebersihan Pakaian dengan nilai p = 0,000, kebersihan handuk diperoleh nilai p = 0,000, kebersihan tangan kaki dan kuku diperoleh nilai p = 0,008, kebersihan pakaian dengan nilai p = 0,009 dan kebersihan tempat tidur serta sprei diperoleh nilai p = 0,031.
Ada hubungan sanitasi dasar dan personal hygiene dengan kejadian Dermatitis namun sanitasi dasar Jamban tidak ada hubungan dengan kejadian dermatitis di Pondok Pesantren Sabrun Jamil Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Disarankan agar santri untuk selalu menjaga kebersihan diri dan menjaga lingkungan agar tetap bersih dan terhindar dari segala macam sumber penyakit.

ABSTRACT
The incidence of dermatitis was influenced by direct factors (molecular size, solubility, and concentration), indirect factors (temperature, humidity, year of service, age, gender, race, previous medical history, personal hygiene and use of PPE), and length of contact. The research objective of this study was to determine the correlation of personal hygiene and environmental sanitation with the incidence of dermatitis at the Sabrun Jamil Islamic Boarding School, Bone Bolango Regency.
This study was an analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique with a total of 77 students as the respondents. Furthermore, the data were divided into primary and secondary data. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test with an alpha value of 0.005.
The results of the study were obtained where the basic sanitation variables consisted of clean water facilities with a p-value = 0.000, healthy latrines with a p-value = 0.560, garbage disposal with a p-value = 0.004, wastewater disposal facilities with a value of p=0.00, personal hygiene consisting of cleanliness of the skin with a value of p=0.027, cleanliness of clothes with a value of p=0.000, cleanliness of towels obtained a value of p=0.000, cleanliness of hands and feet and nails obtained a value of p=0.008, cleanliness clothing p value = 0.009, and lastly, cleanliness of the bed and bed linen obtained p value = 0.031.
In short, there was a correlation between basic sanitation and personal hygiene with the incidence of Dermatitis. However, basic latrine sanitation did not correlate with the incidence of dermatitis at the Sabrun Jamil Islamic Boarding School, Bone Bolango Regency. It is suggested that students should maintain personal hygiene and keep the environment clean as well as should avoid all kinds of sources of disease.
