Abstract
ABSTRAK Sesli Dajamaini. 2012. Uji Cemaran Bakteri Terhadap Minuman Teh Yang Beredar Di Supermarket Kota Gorontalo. Karya Tulis Ilmiah. Program Studi D-III Farmasi, Jurusan Farmasi, Fakultas Ilmu-Ilmu Kesehatan Dan Keolahragaan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I : Dr. Teti S Tuloli S.Farm.,M.Si.,Apt, pembimbing II : Moh. Adam Mustapa S.Si.,M.Sc. Minuman Teh adalah salah satu minuman pelengkap yang kini semakin banyak cara penyajiannya. Konsumsi teh nasional mencapai 350 gram/kapita/tahun, diperkirakan konsumsi teh kurang dari 120 ml setiap harinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jumlah cemaran bakteri pada minuman teh yang beredar disupermarket Kota Gorontalo dengan metode pour plate menggunakan Nutrien Agar sebagai media pertumbuhan bakteri. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukan bahwa sampel merk A jumlah total bakteri (koloni/gram) adalah 0.8 x 102, sedangkan pada sampel merk B adalah 2,6 x 102, dan sampel C jumlah total bakteri adalah 4,3 x 102. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa sampel merk A jumlah cemaran bakteri terhadap minuman teh tidak melebihi batas maksimum, sedangkan untuk sampel merk B dan C positif tercemar bakteri dan sudah melebihi batas maksimum. Dimana batas maksimum yang ditetapkan oleh SNI yaitu 1 x 102 koloni/g. Kata Kunci : Cemaran Bakteri, Minuman Teh ABSTRAC Sesli Djamaini, 2015. National tea consumption reached 350 gram/capita/year; it can be assumed that the tea consumption was 120 ml everyday. This research aimed at investigating the number of bacterial consumption in tea sold in supermarket of Gorontalo City with pour plate method using Jelly Nutrient as bacterial growth media. The research result showed that total of bacterial in brand A sample was 0,8 x 102, in brand B sample was 2,6 x 102, and brand C sample was 4,3 x 102. This showed that brand A sample was contaminated by bacterial that did not exceed the maximum thershold, while brand B and C were positively contaminated by bacterial that exceeded the maximum threshold.
