Abstract

Formulation and Physical Stability Test of Lipstick Supply by Using Strawberry (Fragaria ananassa) Extract, Scientific Paper, Diploma 3 StudyProgram Of Pharmacy, Faculty of Sport and Health, State University of Gorontalo. The Principal supervisor was Nur Ain Thomas, S.Si., M.Si., Apt and co-supervisor was Robert Tungadi, S.Si., M.Si., Apt Strawberry is a plant that has many advantages such as antioxidant and antisionin. this research aimed atinvestigating the physical stability test of lipstick supply by using strawberry (Fragaria ananassa) as a dye. This research was started with extraction method namely maceration. Observed from the formulation namely F1, F2, and F3, through physical stability test whether texture, odor, color, and shape, lubricate power, hardness test, and homogeneity in strawberry extract lipstick, it found that the best formulation was in F1. Oil base, fat base, and candle base were smelted in each porcelain cup on the water bath in 70oC stirred till well blended. After it was stitted, the oil base was added to fat base and candle base in different porcelain cup. After all the bases were mixed, then it was molded in to a mold till the lipstick supply was formed. The research result of F1 for physical stability/organoleptic of lipstick supply in 7% concentration of Oleum Ricini had excellent appearance, while F2 in 9% concentration and F3 in 11% concentration of Oleum Ricini had poor appearance. From the research result, it can be concluded that strawberry extract lipstick was stablein 7% concentration of Oleum Ricini. Formulasi dan Uji Kestabilan Fisik Sediaan Lipstik dengan Menggunakan Ekstrak Buah Strawberry (Fragaria ananassa), Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Program studi D3 Farmasi, Jurusan Farmasi, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing 1 : Nur Ain Thomas S.Si.,M.Si.,Apt. dan Pembimbing 2 : Robert Tungadi, S.Si., M.Si., Apt. Buah Strawberry adalah tanaman yang memiliki banyak manfaat. Salah satu manfaatnya yaitu sebagai antioksidan dan antisonin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui stabilitas fisik sediaan dengan menggunakan ekstrak sari buah strawberry (Fragaria ananassa) sebagai pewarnah. Penelitian ini diawali dengan metode ekstrasi yaitu maserasi. Dilihat dari formulasi tersebut F1, F2, sampai F3, melalui uji kestabilan fisik baik tekstur, bau warnah dan bentuk, daya oles uji kekerasan serta homogenitas pada lipstik ekstrak buah strawberry, kosentrasi lipstik yang baik berada pada F1. Basis minyak, basis lemak, basis lilin dilebur kedalam masing - masing cawan porselin diatas penangas air pada suhu -70-^0 C diaduk hingga tercampur merata, setelah tercampur basis minyak dicampurkan kedalam basis lemak dan basis lilin pada cawan porselin yang berbeda, setelah semua basis tercampur dimasukan kedalam cetakan tunggu hingga sediaan lipstik terbentuk. Hasil penelitian F1 untuk stabilitas fisik/organoleptis sediaan lipstik pada F1 pada konsentrasi Oleum Ricini 7%, mempunyai penampilan fisik sangat baik, sedangkan F2, F3 pada konsentrasi Oleum Ricini 9%, 11% kurang baik penampilan fisiknya. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sediaan lipstik ekstrak buah strawberry stabil pada konsentrasi Oleum Ricini 7%. Kata Kunci : Formulasi, ekstrak buah strawberry, Lipstik.
