Hipertensi merupakan kelainan sistem sirkulasi darah yang dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan tekanan darah diatas nilai normal tekanan darah > 140/90 mmHg. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui persentase dari tepat pasien, tepat obat, tepat dosis, dan tepat indikasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari data catatan pengobatan hipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Limboto berupa nomor rekam medik, jenis kelamin, usia, serta obat yang digunakan, dicatat pada lembar pengambilan data kemudian diolah dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian evaluasi penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Limboto diperoleh 86 pasien, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ketepatan pasien (100%), ketepatan obat (70,9%), ketepatan dosis (70%), dan ketepatan indikasi (100%).

Hypertension is a blood circulation system disorder that can result in an increase in blood pressure above the normal blood pressure > 140/90 mmHg. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of the accurate patien, the accurate drug, the accurate dose, and the accurate indication. Employing a descriptive type of research with retrospective data collection; research data used were obtained from records of hypertension treatment in aoutpatients at the Limboto Community Health Center in the form of medical record numbers, gender, age, and drugs used, recorded on data collection sheets, and then processed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study evaluating the use of antihypertensive drugs in outpatients at the Limboto Community Health Center obtained 86 patients which showed patient accuracy (100%), drug accuracy (70,9%), dose accuracy (70%), and indication accuracy (100%).
