Sri Wahyuni Ilanunu. 2018. Pengukuran Kinerja Tenaga Kefarmasian Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe dengan Pendekatan BSC pada Perspektif Keuangan dan Pelanggan. Skripsi. Pengukuran kinerja tenaga kefarmasian perlu dilakukan di Instalasi Farmasi. Balanced Scorecard menawarkan solusi untuk mengevaluasi hasil pengukuran kinerja yang lebih menyeluruh dan komperehensif baik dari segi keuangan maupun pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Tenaga Kefarmasian Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) pada perspektif keuangan dan pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian observasi dengan analisis kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pasien, dan data sekunder diperoleh dari data keuangan laporan tahunan Instalasi farmasi dan data kunjungan pasien RSUD Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe 2016-2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawa pada perspektif keuangan, ditinjau dari jumlah hari perputaran persediaan mengalami perbaikan pada tahun 2016 yaitu 9,2 hari dan tahun 2017 6,1 hari. Untuk TOR sudah efisien yaitu sebesar 8,59 kali. Pada perspektif pelanggan untuk pertumbuhan pelanggan mengalami kenaikan dari tahun 2016-2017 dengan presentase sebesar 2%, kemudian pada keterjaringan pasien rawat jalan dengan rata-rata presentase yaitu 80,9% hal ini belum optimal, dan untuk kepuasan pelanggan tergolong dalam kategori puas dengan presentase sebesar 77,61%.

Performance measurement of pharmaceutical personnel should be conducted at Pharmacy Installation. Balanced Scorecard offers solution more comprehensive to evaluate performance measurement results in terms of both financial and customer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the pharmaceutical personnel performance in the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach on the financial and customer perspectives. This research is an observational research with quantitative analysis. The primary data obtained from questionnaires given to the patients, and the secondary data obtained from financial data of annual report in the Pharmacy Installation and from the patients' visiting data in the period of 2016-2017. The results show that on the financial perspective, on terms of the days number of inventory turnover, it has improved in 2016 of 9.2 days and in 2017 of 6.1 days. For TOR, it is already efficient of 8.59 times. On the customer perspective for customer growth, it has increased during the period of 2016-2017 with the percentage of 2%. On the outpatients network, the average percentage is 80.9% and it is considered as not optimal, but for the customers' satisfaction, it is in the category of satisfied with the percentage of 77.61%.
