Abstract
The management of pharmaceutical preparations and medical consumables is a pharmaceutical service activity, such as planning, requesting, receiving, storing. distributing, controlling, recording, reporting, monitoring, and evaluating. This research employed an observational study with a qualitative method. The data sources were primary data obtained from the direct observation using questionnaire data and secondary data from reports on planning, receiving, storing, distributing, recording. reporting, and destroying, which were intended to determine the drug management system at Puskesmas Molibagu based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 74 of 2016. Furthermore, the research finding obtained that the drug management system at Puskesmas (Public Health Center) Molibagu has been appropriate with an average percentage of 92%. Besides, the flows of requesting, receiving, distributing. recording, reporting, monitoring, and evaluating have been appropriate with a percentage of 100%. While the planning has been appropriate with a percentage of 78%, storing of 88%, and controlling of 6%. As a recommendation, Puskesmas Molibagu is suggested to improve drug management if there are deficiencies or discrepancies, particularly at the planning, storing and controlling phases in accordance with the standard of Permenkes No, 74 of 2016.
