Puskesmas merupakan unit pelaksana teknis dinas kesehatan/kota yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan pembangunan kesehatan disuatu wilayah kerja yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat termasuk didalamnya pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui standar pelayanan farmasi klinik di Puskesmas Tapa dan Puskesmas Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 74 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan survei analitik menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan ceklist . Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 249. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan standar pelayanan farmasi klinik di Puskesmas Tapa dan Puskesmas Kabila telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.74 Tahun 2016. Di Puskesmas Tapa masuk dalam kategori baik yakni sebesar 29 (80,5%) yang sesuai dan 7 (19,5%) yang tidak sesuai, sama halnya dengan Puskesmas Kabila masuk dalam kategori baik yakni sebesar 29 (80,5%) yang sesuai dan 7 (19,5%) dan hasil uji data kuesioner di Puskesmas Tapa tahun 2021 diperoleh kategori sangat puas 89 (80%) dan kategori tidak puas sebanyak 22 (20%). Untuk Puskesmas Kabila tahun 2021 di peroleh kategori sangat puas sebanyak 105 (76%) dan kategori tidak puas 33 (26%). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan standar pelayanan farmasi klinik di Puskesmas Tapadan Puskesmas Kabila belum sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.74 Tahun 2016. Public Health Center (Puskesmas) is a technical implementation unit of the health office/city that is responsible for carrying out health development in a work area that is a very much needed by some people, including pharmaceutical services at the Public Health Center. This study aims to determine the standard of clinical pharmacy services at Tapa Public Health Center and Kabila Public Health Center in Bone Bolango Regency based on the Regulation of Minister of Health Number 74 of 2016. This study applies quantitative research with an analytical survey design using a questionnaire and a checklist instrument. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total sample of 249. The results show that the application of clinical pharmacy service standars at Tapa Public Health Center and Kabila Public Health Center follows the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 74 of 2016. Tapa Public Health Center is a good category which consists of 29 (80,5%), appropriate and 7(19,5%) are not appropriate, and Kabila Public Health Center in the good category consists of 29 (80,5%) which are appropriate, and 7 (19,5%) are not appropriate. The results of the questionnaire data test at Tapa Pulic Health Center in 2021 obtained a very satisfied category 0f 89 (80%) and not satisfied category was 22(20%). In addition, Kabila Public Health Center in 2021 in 2021,the category of very satisfied is 105 (76%), and not satisfied category is 33 (26%). Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of clinical pharmacy service standards at Tapa Public Health Center and Kabila Public Health Center is following the Regulation of the Minister of Health No.74 of 2016.
