Abstract

Abstrak Masalah Dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kemampuan siswa Kelas X SMKN 2 Gorontalo Kota Gorontalo dalam melakukan lompat jauh Gaya jongkok ini dapat di tingkatkan melalui metode student facilitator and explaining? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan lompat jauh gaya jongkok melalui metode student facilitator and explaining pada siswa Kelas X SMKN 2 Gorontalo Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode student facilitator and explaining. Kata Kunci : Keterampilan teknik dasar lompat jauh, gaya jongkok metode student facilitator and explaining. Abstract The problem in this study is wheter the ebilitiy of SMKN 2 Gorontalo Gorontalo city in doing the long Jump can be improfed trough thr methods student facilitator and explaining?
